    Lorenzo Moto2 ?

Ok then Case Closed ! Watch more racing dude.. New? Its not a prob everybody starts at some point. so You ve started after 2008 prob so You have been used to the boring racing era so its not your fault. My suggestion again would be to watch the entire weekend not GP class alone and yes SBK too

    Cheers.

It was aggressive and dangerous. And Pedrosa was unlucky.

Ya I wish everyone remains cautious and make very very clean pass and then we can shift to watching F1.

          Indeed,I started late.No denying that..

But still,it hasn't been so boring till now.Infact,I feel the 2008-2011 seasons have been very competitive.

SBK,I have heard a lot about.Do any of the sports channel in India telecast it? Live?

I do not/cannot follow Moto2 closely.I download most of the races and watching them live is sort of privilege to me.No television set in our hostel.

I thought the 250cc class were Moto2 until you pointed it out. So,moto2 is 600cc.Good Lord!

          • Shivank Buddy....you need to watch Lorenzo in his earlier days to believe what others are saying....

What I absolutely hate is Lorenzo, Stoner and Barbera's move of complaining to race direction about simoncelli...., Nobody had a problem when he wasn't fast enough to challenge them(last year)....Now that he is rising to the level to of aliens they are complaining..., Lorenzo is whining about valencia after 6 months and that too out of nowhere(there was no other incident that could lead to that conversation)...

bunch of p*ssies (compared to other racers)

Lorenzo was an aggressive rider,I hear that often. It is also visible in MotoGP.But since last year he has been very calm.He crashed a lot earlier and now there's no one like him who STAYS on the bike.I am no fan(specially, the way he plants his flag on the track wherever he wins) but that guy do not crash often.

Yes,they might be pussies to call Simoncelli too aggressive a rider. And now that,Sic has taken Pedrosa down in a very 'aggressive' way,Lorenzo and pals have got a perfect reason to back up their statements against Simoncelli. Now see,how these guys go on ruining the season..

For those wondering why I am against Simoncelli.Because he ruined the whole MotoGP season for Pedrosa (and me!).Now it's a straight affair between Lorenzo and Stoner. Both of whom,I don't like to see jumping around in the podium.Had it been Lorenzo or Stoner who were crashed and injured by Simoncelli,he would be my HERO for the next of the season!

Yup. Lorenzo has patented that move on his name.

yup which is where Lorenzo kept quite last year and brought that topic when Marco seemed ominous.

I read some tweet saying: "Had that the incident happened between Rossi and Marco, the whole scenario would have been completely different."
                Wow can't imagine about it

Yup Lorenzo and Stoner have gift of clairvoyance that they predicted correctly about Marco before the incident itself

P.S. Somebody asked for Rossi-Biaggi elbow

One of the contributing factor in Lorenzo staying on the bike has been the lack of pressure on him.....after Rossi crashed and broke his leg...no one stood up and posed a regular challenge....Stoner and pedrosa were too busy crashing....Yamaha was the best bike, and rest of the field was far behind...he didn't had to ride at his 100%.

that said- one cannot take away the credit from Jlolly himself...he didn't made mistakes..

as a Dani fan you are bound to feel that way...., on first thought Lorenzo crashing out would please me as well...then I realize- he should be beaten properly....on the track, fair and square.

I don't think Simoncelli can pull a move like that on Rossi.
(would like to see him try tho)

that'll get u fined even on the road... let alone a racetrack.

                    then came the "hand" gesture.

                    • Apologies for digging the past but I was looking at the Laguna Seca 2008 and immediately I noticed pretty similar move as of Marco was pulled by Rossi in that race and some how both were on their bikes. Stoner backed off as Rossi came in from the outside.
As people have said already had Dani not crashed it would have just been a risky maneuver that people would have enjoyed.

                      • ^^ One of the best battles in recent times..

Stoner had fair bit of space there at 1:17..And Rossi was already ahead, don't you think? Whereas in case of Pedrosa/Sic there was absolute no space for Pedrosa..

What do you think of Motegi 2010? If you see the second last lap, Lorenzo did the same thing what Sic did. The only difference is Lorenzo came from inside and Sic from outside. Pedrosa was unlucky.

I,honestly, cannot recall that incident..If you can help me with finding some clip of the same, that'd be nice.Motegi 2010 is more known for the Rossi/Lorenzo battle and Pedrosa's crash! These are the only things I can recall from that race.

Also, there would be some thousand-odd events where a rider had pulled an aggressive/dangerous maneuver on the other. It's tricky to judge or comment until things turn ugly.

                              • Personally in the Ped/Sic incident I really think that Sic was a little too aggressive, but I've got no one to blame as I jsut feel Chotu (Dani) just pressed the panic button when he saw the italian barge in from outside.
If Stoner or Rossi was in Dani's shoes or maybe if Dani was ready for Sic he might have just kept his cool and kept the bike leaned before Marco passed by and then take the next right turn.

Pedrsona may have to loose a position in that case..but it would have still been better than a broken collar bone
So either I vote both being at fault in this..or no one. Just a personal opinion
Just because you haven't seen it doesnt mean its impossible...expect the unexpected.
