  • Sweet race.... aawweee man.... i feel so much for Max... after a fantastic start from the suzuki from 4th row of the grid to lead in the first corner and within seconds... awwe man that was crazy accident.. i think the suzuki rider is done for the season.. hope the rest are ok.

as for spies... what the hell happened in R1???? but R2 way to go and the championship is back on... poor nori had to drop it... monza was a great weekend for a motorcycle racing fan overall.. lots of excitement.. those who switched to star really missed something with the supersport also providing some thrilling action

i agree with you pudix.. Michel was a bit of a surprise and Rio was awesome in R2.. Honda Race on....

    • Yup, Max Neukirchner is done for the season. He broke his femur and dislocated his foot. I was expecting him to win this race after a win and podium last year at Monza.
      Unlucky chap!

What do I intend to do? Stuff ZMR drivetrain into an Ambition chassis and watch others run scared!

      • Whew! That man again... Elbows was too hot this round.
Pity abt race 1 though but Fabrizio, wow now that was something. He and Haga slip streaming each other, awesome!

Race 2, such a disaster for Haga, he hit some birds, lost sensation in his hands and fell off. I missed most of the race but caught the last few laps.

This weekend Zee sports showed us Super Stock, WSBK1, WSS and WSBK2. Super, hope this trend continues...

        Cheers
All riders fall; some get back on, some don't, some can't...

        • Elbows was just awesome in R1 , you call it bad luck or whatever that kinda of an end is really heartbreaking.
R2 was good ! Hope Max gets well soon !
Yup indeed a great weekend for a motorcycle racing fan ! Cal Crutchlow was amazing ! and even the super stock race was good !

Zee has been doing that since the last 5 years now. i kind of like it.. no bullshit no pre and post race analysis. i mean i would love it if they put some more effort.. but then again.. i just like it the way it is.

the WSBK races are least preferred for TV viewing because of its format. you know that Superstock and superstock 600 are only at the European rounds. its actually known as European superstock racing. they provide some great racing.. but yes Supersport beats all that. beautiful weekend. coming back to the point od television. Zee earlier used to Start with Supersport Live then switch to race 1 complete highlights (of course omit the stock races) then Race 2 Live. which did fit the 3 hour TV time. now Zee is in a BIKE mode. \m/ too bad tata sky dont show it

            • And i was just wondering how well if Elbows or Hagabot could ride if they switch bikes ! I think Elbows wont even be able to tuck into the Ducati ! for that matter even the Aprilia ! The only option is the yamaha or Suzuki for him i guess !

5 years you say! Wow thats nice. Unfortunately I did not have access to it, its only now (with Digital TV) that I can watch Zee sports (well, thats precisely the reason I got it ).

                Thanks for the update SS!

Its Kyalami in South AFrica this weekend! Hope Haga has recovered.

                Cheers

In Shawn Whyte: out David Checca

Morais : Tamada @ Kawasaki Paul Bird
Gregorio Lavilla : B. Roberts Guandalini Ducati
                  Fonsi Nieto : Max N @ Suzuki

And soul if you had watched the superstock ! You must have a noticed a massive tankslapper on the suzuki ridden by Corti which was chasing the 1198 ! The control of that guy was amazing ! He just pounced on the front end and pushed it down ! did anyy of you guys notice that ? How good is that guy ? YOu have any info on him ?

                    • I have my doubts over Mladin showing up, but I'd love to be proven wrong though. Feel sad for Neukirchcner and Corser, the Beemer was just opening up.

                      Fun weekend up ahead again!
Who telecasts the Superstock? I didnt get them in the listing?? If anyone can put the info here, should be good. Do they have the BMWs in the Superstock? The bike was just released, and from the specks, its should be a Gixxer-killer on the prowl.

And yes, that RSV4 is the cream-pie. Absolutely yum. I heard theres a valve that keeps her mum when not running and she just roars into life when clunked into first. Yours for a paltry $ 21,999 OTD.

No BEemer in the STK class.. you will be luck to find couple of KTM's in the paddock though.

as for telecast. NO STK outside Europe. so expect to see SBK1/SS/SBK2 back to back

oh the rsv4 was recently tested you can check them on motorcycle USA or MCN.

                        • Regis Laconi had a horrible crash in practice session yesterday. Suffered severe neck injuries. He is in the hospital in a medically induced coma but stable. These guys get up from the most devastating looking crashes but something or the other happens when you least expect it.

                          • This should be monumental. The first 15 riders are covered by 1 second

@ Suren... looks like your wishes might just come true

                            • Nice race. Its good to see 'Pies up there on the podium. Some place other than 1, that is

But Fabrizio is fast becoming a usual suspect, and I think that'll he will be a major pain in spies' butt in race 2 as well. Its a nice feeling to see the Prillers coming in at 4 and 7, esp after Biaggi's stunt in superpole. The bike deserves this. Soul, I did check the bike out, I am a regular at these magazine websites. I would love to see Aprilia doing a prototype for Motogp.

How was the SS, if anyone saw it? The R6 won

EDIT: Race 2 is Hagabot too! Woo-hoo!

Ok now Still we have lots of races left ! Lets hope Yamaha Italia hire better mechanics and better fuel pumps ! Hope we have more birds too !
