If everyone is agreed on the bike being 300+ cc, why is everyone expecting a power output lower than a 250R?

A 250R is not a very highly stressed engine, so why does a figure of 33PS seem un-achievable for a 300+ LC 2-cyl?

Indian Two Wheeler Company Stategy.

Release a High Capacity Bike with lower power output then launch many other variants with slight increase in power.

If they want to compete with P220 and R15 then power output of 25BHP is more than enough.

They can later on bring more higher powered bikes when rival company launches higher power bikes.

But then, come to think of it, this thread does not need around 45 posts of rumors, speculations and lots of opinions on the thread being locked/unlocked/zipped/unzipped either.
