      MOJO can be a nice solo tourer. Pillion won't be too comfortable I guess. Nice pics MG. XBHP logo is bit big, but I understand it is for a purpose.

          This is 4th launch that made me happy after CBZ Classic, Karizma and R15
          OT - IMO, there are four milestones in Indian biking history, they are:

          (i) 1999 - CBZ Classic;
          (ii) 2002 - Indigenous Pulsar 180 engine with class leading performance;
          (iii) 2008 - R-15; and now
          (iv) 2010 - MoJo 300 (Motorcycle of Joy).

          The looks and design seem to be fresh and new for Indian likings and taste. So, they are a little debatable. But they are not ugly.

          It is too early to say anything on performance, but engine seems to be quite tractable and street friendly, and not peaky as is being made out. 26.2 PS from 292 cc means it is not stressed at all.

          It has more than 69 cc, higher compression, four valve, liquid cooling, FI, favourable short stroke ratio, etc., so should make more torque in low rpms than Karizma; has more peak torque than Ninja (though at lower rpms); unlike Karizma, with four valves power should not fall drastically after 8500 rpm. So, seems to be a reasonable powerplant expected typically from an international manufacturers, including a Jap one.

          Without no fairing, should be good to do at least 140 kmph true. Handling can be as good as FZ. I don't care about FE. Pricing at 1.75 L is a borderline case. Cannot be commented upon in the absence of competition. But it would definitely undercut bikes Ninja, R-15, ZMR, etc.

          Notably, with this bike, Indian biking scene for the first time breaks quarter litre mark, that too with the help of a non-player. Kudos to M&M. Hope to see the bike on our roads soon. Here enters our biking community into a different level of action ring. Let us take it in its stride positively.

          I attach a imaginery rendering (depending upon all the known factors of different bikes).

              Nice pics there MG! now the bike is clear and looking good!

              Any idea about the specs like top-speed and 0-60 timing?

              I guess 35kmpl (read from somewhere) is not bad for a 300 cc bike
              A good long ride can clear your mind, restore your faith, and use up a lot of fuel.

              Always be ready (get geared) to fall and then think of sitting on the motorcycle.

                I'll put it like this: THE FOUR EVENTS OF INDIAN BIKING HISTORY...

                (i) 1999 - CBZ Classic;
                (ii) 2003 - Karizma - the Real breakthrough into premium segment
                (iii) 2008 - R-15; and now
                (iv) 2010 - MoJo 300 - the breakthrough into Quarter Litre, Finally.

                *Pulsar - I dont think it ever did any kind of breakthrough launch. 150 & 180 were results of fireworks by CBZ's success. and ZMA inspired bajaj to go higher & make 200 n 220.

                    I like MOJO,Not for its looks But for the Courage of M&M
                    Companies Like HH and Bajaj should learn something from them.

                    If I ever buy This bike
                    First of all I will take out the headlight which looks like the gas outlet. and fix the headlight of FZ instead!

                                When was this bike a ZERO or a HERO???

                                Waiting for review by MG. Especially the exhaust note and good wallpaper pictures please (with small xbhp water mark).

                                This is 4th launch that made me happy after CBZ Classic, Karizma and R15 , though i could never own CBZ Classic and Karizma...but Mojo... :P

                                EDIT: btw...why does it appear to be that this bike especially in the photos to be fully laoded version with accessories.

                                and curious about the rear brake calliper light. Does it operate when the rear brake is engaged?
                                its just a saying.... The initial pics were taken from such horrible angles ...really it wasnt a looker ....Now in the pics taken by XBHP ,the bike looks good ..I meant ZERO to HERO purely on the looks basis not performance

                                Completely agree with the major milestone in Indian Biking , HH even tried bringing a BMW funduro long back along with Zma or even before at almost similar price of MOJO i guess.... But it was too soon then .... Now that BMW are again entering the Indian market on thier own...and also KTM

                                WOW cant wait to see some exotic looking and performing bikes on Indian Roads
