True! That's why I mentioned that it was showroom guy's assumption. Once the prices are finalized, dealer and bank people will work out on the DP and loan percentages.
He said its HDFC who is going to provide the loans. Not sure whether we can go with some other bank also.

Why not? But again, the bank will follow certain protocols before financing for a specific model unless they have a pre approved loan. What I mean to say is, if its HD & ICICI, then there will be not much of questions other than the standard ones like income statement, F16 etc. Otherwise, God only knows how many convincing docos the bank will be needing.

Last but not the least option is to visit a private financier who will ask to pledge a sale deed which obviously is very risky option when the banks do not agree to provide a loan.

Yes, it looks like the assembly plant in India. There was another video also which was posted by someone few pages back. I'm posting that video again. From that also, it looks like its the Honda factory in India.
One notable difference is the tyre. It's not the same which is in the Made in Thailand CBRs.

As I observed, it is infact indian CBR. There something under the headlight for front number plate which is found in indian models.

                        Didn like the rear tyre..
