      Wow! That's awesome news! So that means the deliveries are definitely starting from next week! And 21 bikes! that's more than what anyone expected in the first lot..

      Like I keep saying, if honda expects this bike to be a success, the initial 2 months will see a lot of bikes in each slot, more slots per month and stuff.
      Completely agree.. And the initial number of booking (over 3k) should have given them a good idea..

      @john Congrats bro! Let us know how you and the bike feel after riding it Glad to know that Honda is giving special treatment to CBR customers!

        Congos John, all together pratul guy got 8 bike but he dint get a black abs so my delivery got delayed by a week :-(
        And when I spoke with Rakesh from prattle who I guess is taking care of cbr's said " you are paying a premium amount so you are a premium customer so you deserve a premium respect and you'll be given all the respect u deserve "... Good that they kept their word :-)

          My delivery has also been stuck due to not availability of the Black ABS. I have the third booking in the list at the showroom and the first for the black ABS model. I guess Honda has not dispatched a single ABS bike in black to any where in India. I really don't know the actual reason for this delay. If anybody can shed some light as to why there is not even a single black ABS model in any showroom as far as I know off.

              Nothing of that sort dude, There were BLACK ABS cbrs being displayed in vijayawada, bangalore and some other places. We'll be getting it in the next lot. That should be in the first week of may. My booking was the first ABS Booking too

                  Don't expect it to happen anytime soon. Maybe after an year or so.

                    No , not in india . There are only 3 official colors launched ,
                    Black , Silver and Red .

                    May be sometime down the line Honda might come up with special edition , but its just a assumption .

                      This wait is killing me. Since I booked on the first day I some how feel that Honda should have delivered our bikes in the first lot as I had made it clear I wanted a Black ABS model on day 1.

                          Who told you this??? the display piece kept at Silicon Honda, RV road is a black ABS. I had uploaded the pics some pages back. AFAIK, majority of the display pieces are ABS models.

                            Dude which dealer have you booked with?? even i am stuck coz of the same thing-non avaliblity of Black Abs:-(

                              Well, Pashankar had 6 beforehand.
                              Nonetheless, after reading your post, i called up the main manager who handles all bookings for CBR. He said that the news is untrue. He just has 6 bikes as of now and that if i wanted i could go and check in the basement where the bikes are kept.
                              So if u saw those 21 bikes, it is believable. If those helpers told u that the bikes were CBRs, don't believe them. I will be going to the showroom and check it out today.. will update once i'm back.
