Checklist before taking delivery for CBR250r

Guys I'm taking my delivery tomorrow, and I have lost the page number where the check list for pre delivery checks was posted...

Got call from the dealer after i made the payment on Saturday. Will get to see the bike tomorrow before they send it for registration and delivery would on Friday. I have asked them to give me in the morning or max by afternoon 12, just to make sure i can examine everything in daylight.

Dude.. check for scratches, oil leakage and uneven panel gaps. Many bikes are having these problems.

2 "No visible scratches on the fairings, esp when it comes to the bottom part of the fairings"
3 Mirrors aren't very tight but bolted tight
4 Check for instrumentation panel & surrounding for scratches
5 Check if the instrumentation is working as per the buttons
6 Make sure you have more than 4 liters of fuel
7 Do look for abnormal gaps in the fairings
8 Ask for topped up coolant
9 Ensure vehicle can be locked properly
10 Ensure all the engine kill, light switches & brake lights are working. Check atleast 2-3 times
11 Check for rusts anywhere on the metal parts (Frame, forks, brake pedal)
12 Check for first aid kit
13 Check for tool kit & number of pieces (8# or so, not sure)

- Stiff accelerator
- loose panels above the tail light
- loosely fitted screws
- clip ons are properly aligned
- RVMs are properly fitted
- rear grabrails are properly fitted
- the gear lever is properly aligned (should not be too high)

9 Ask for topped up coolant
10 Ensure vehicle can be locked properly ((the handle locks both ways ))
11 Ensure all the engine kill, light switches & brake lights are working. Check atleast 2-3 times
12 Check for rusts anywhere on the metal parts (Frame, forks, brake pedal)
13 Check for first aid kit
14 Check for tool kit & number of pieces 9 pieces
15 Ensure that the alloy wheels are balanced (there should be weights on the alloy wheels) or ask those guys
16 Saree guard is available as standard with the bike while the number plates are not. But the plate holders are available with the bike
17 Invoice copy
18 Insurance copy
19 Pollution under control sticker
20 Ensure that RC book & tax token will be delivered in specific number of days

Gonna get my baby blade on next friday, 1st July

Canceled my CBR 250 R booking and feeling good. Insane part is that other showrooms have already delivered 15 bikes and this showroom told me only that day only when i was canceling booking that you can have delivery tomorrow. Huh..losers.

Today i saw my cbr black std at the Prakash Honda showroom Noida.

I have some concerns..which i wud like to share...

1. Pls ensure the paint quality by touching whole of the bike with your fingers..

2. The gap between fairing and tank is to be checked on both sides.

3. Also check if your stickers do not have a bubble.

4. Ensure the proper working of all the electronics.

5. Last but not the least..Ask for free Goodies
