I wont mind if it has a 200cc engine . But i would like it to weight less than 140kg and carry same gizmos as the 125cc version.

Anyways, the 125cc duke's engine is similar to DOHC 250 SX-F engine.

The KTM 125 Duke has around 128 Kgs kerb weight.. the 200 Duke shouldn't be too heavy over that.

                  200 cc, 24 bhp!!

                  200 cc, 24 bhp!!

Source: Test Ride of the KTM 125 Duke @ CycleNews.Com

The Relatively square dimensions were the resource persons chosen to give room to grow the engine to 200cc by boring and stroking it to 72 x 49 cc for a future power-up kit that's already producing 24 horsepower, compared to the 15 hp at 10.500 rpm That the 125cc version is restricted to under EU rules.

The 200 Duke may even end up as a separate model for India and other markets, as opposed to the EU where such performance upgrades are supposed to have been legislated out of existence.

But in any case, the all-new 125 Duke crankcase design is sufficiently robust to accept the extra performance, and the radiator, airbox, silencer and chassis Would all be unchanged for the 200cc version.

"We'll only have to change the header pipe and maybe the throttle body to install the bigger motor, either as a kit or a straight engine swap,"

Does this mean that we should expect it sooner rather than later?

I have heard from a genuine source that KTM is gonna charge 1k/cc over the Duke 125 for this bike.
