Moto GP too it was banned due to increased cost in R&D and environmental issues.

Utterly butterly wrong! 2 Strokes were a fraction of the cost of 4 strokes. R&D costs have spiraled out of control from when 4 strokes were introduced. To a point were fans have been clamoring for 2 strokes to be brought back, so that costs will go down and more manufacturers will join.

But that does not look possible in the near future, with no big manufacturer interested in investing in 2 strokes.

Till 2011, Moto 125's were running 2 strokes.

Sorry for the many OTs...to make it short...The Ninja 150RR two stroke is available in neighboring country..ask any RTO if they will accept fresh registration on any NEW 2 stroke bike..

Good news for the people, petrol price has been cut by Rs 3.05 per litre. However, diesel price has been hiked by 50 paise per litre with effect from midnight on Monday.

Earlier, petrol price was hiked by Rs 1.63 more per litre, excluding state taxes on September 13.

Kolkata is known as lowest costly city of the country. But Petrol prices doesn't seems to match with it. :P :P
