Spoke to a probiking showroom guy. He is of the opinion that it would be launched only by Diwali/Dussera !!!!!
He said "This is not the season to launch bikes, with the rains round the corner" !!

If that is true, considering the timing of the teaser, it is a very cheap tactic by bajaj to dent the sales of Hyosung GT650R IMHO.

Somebody rightly predicted the teaser would be the longest running teaser campain in the history of bajaj....

This thread is already 8 pages long and still nothing concrete about anything.

Its better bajaj does throw more light right away before the excitement vanishes and everybody logging into thier site even stop recongnising the teaser and move on to the present ninja page.

Funny part is that half of the thread content is about the Hyosung

    That's BAD!!
It would be nice if it had the handling and performance characters of a Ninja ZX.

You haven't searched properly. Indian bikes will come from Thailand and the colours available in Thailand are Green and Orange(I got confused between red and orange).
    See here

About the second query just wait and watch

I like the Ninja650R because it is better engineered and from a popular manufacture Kawasaki.
While the GT650R has fantastic looks and priced at 5.5Lacs is very tempting.Hence booked it and awaiting delivery mid June

I am getting feeling that deliveries of Ninja 650 may push till Diwali.Anyone has some concrete news about launch date.
