    but the website doesnt have any information about new color scheme.
    Though fazer seriously needed some new paint schemes. But now is the time to launch 250cc Fz and they are launching new "paint schemes"

      Please spill the beans on the R15 like new bike caught testing around Delhi/ Noida. If not the launch date, atleast give us an insight into the specifications.

      You are not helping your company by keeping the launch a secret, as you will lose out on prospective customers who will settle for the CBR250R or the Ninja250R.

              And today I see a ad for the old R15 at a main Chennai daily's front page!! Yamaha is being sarcastic and playing with people's patience!

                          Confirm news

                          Everyone here waiting for new R15 I have a confirmed news from my Uncle's friend who works with Yamaha; actually after a lot of mischief he told me that..

                          Firstly there is no 250cc R series its R15 only and will get a performance upgrade with new ECU chips. Power will be more but he was not specific how much. Other things as we know rear portion and tyre upgrades.

                          Secondly about reason for delay he said not sure but Yamaha is clearing its old stock and thus there is no fixed time-line. It totally depends upon stock clearing. However he told that it will be launched for sure maximum near Diwali.

                          Other news is a confirmed FZ series with 250cc this year only maybe both are launching together.

                          And another shocking news that he told me that yamaha is indeed working on a 250cc engine other than FZ which is in early stage but he has no other information about it.
