I doubt the naked 650 would be priced that high. They will obviously want to drop prices to give their bikes a VFM tag when compared to the exellent and competitvely priced N650.

    Right now the problem is:

    1) The engine gets heated up very badly even for a small ride of 200 mt which i can feel it.
    2) Initially i put the normal petrol instead of Hi-octane, so the bike stops at low rev but no issues while moving... mechanic said it is due to petrol.

Please suggest me since there is no showroom opened in Bangalore.
I am not sure if you know that a new Showroom has been opened near Ulsoor Lake Bangalore. The showroom was opened a month ago, close to Lake View Hospital, Ulsoor.

Yeah bro..even a slight drop of the bike at standstill or while turning may damage the fairing, handlebar and mirror..the frame sliders are definitely a MUST.
I'm GLAD you liked the tank pad

That's it guys. The Naked is coming... That too at unbelievable prices. Pun intended!

Hyosung GT650N to be launched in India by November | Rush Lane

Why did I say unbelievable prices? Because they're still too high to be believed... 4.90L for the base color!? Yeah...

I experienced the same the day i rode gt for the first time, being my first time on such a big bike i was a little hesitant in opening up the throttle in first gear and stalled 2 times, then was told to revv a lil more and when i kept the revvs around 2000 rpm it was all good.

Could be the fuel mapping characteristics or maybe the engine requires a lil more push in 1st gear

Mel..do u have to cool down (let the starting rpms drop) the bike before actually starting your ride??

In the NInja 250r, the starting rpm is 2000 and its been advised to let the rpms of the bike drop down to 1200 odd before you actually start riding.

It is just to ensure that the oil reaches the different parts of the engine before u actually start ripping.

If the bike is hot (you have just come back from a ride and starts it again in 1 odd hours) then you wont have to do the above as the starting rpms are 1200 odd.

Wondering Is it the same way in the GT650r?

Congrats on your Hyosung SBK,you have made the right choice
1.When the bike is partially halted(eg.traffic signal),immediately off the engine. This avoiding further build up of heat.

Can some one tell me what would be the on-road price in Bangalore ?? Since I have booked in Chennai and also they have increased the ex-showroom price to 4.83L, i think its better to buy here.

    Please suggest me.

Its the price at the time of deilvery that matters and not the price at the time of booking. So, AFAIK there is no way, you could get the bike at 4.75L.

P.s: Ex-showroom blore for single tone color's is 4.81L and not 4.83... save a couple of grands for yourself...
