your pic can't be seen... Can you post as an attachment?Originally posted by xionite View Postthere's a big difference the GT250 and the GT250R.

Garware might decide to bring the (unfaired) GT250 here in order to keep the exclusivity of the GT650R intact.
i hope they get the GT250R here though.
what say rossi_god? any comments?

I have some GT plans for myself but this 250 doubt is in my heart, hope the saga doesnt go Pulsar way where its impossible to differentiate a 220 S from a 150 :POriginally posted by rakshit ranaexactly same what i was thinking.when gt250 comes to india,it will affect gt650's owners exclusivity.even gt250 has dual discs in front
If the body and chasis are same, then the exclusivity factor would surely take a hit and the 650 owners wont like it whereas 250 buyers would be happy about the looks at less than half the price.Last edited by coolboy007; 06-27-2011, 12:59 PM.

Lakhs you mean...Originally posted by coolboy007 View PostRead somewhere that the Hyosung GT250R shares the same chasis as well as bodywork from the bigger sibling GT650R. Is it true?
Googled some pics and the bike looks outright similar to the 650, well if am buying the bike i would expect some exclusivity when shelling out 5 grands for the 650R.
The 250R would be on sale next year and would be at a competitive price wrt Ninja 250, wont the 650 owners be a lil unhappy about it?
Even the Ninja 250 and 650 are way different
, their purpose as well as styling.

yes you can do so, you will buy the bike minus the road tax and registration charges and then get it registered at bangalore. Do let me know if you are considering buying it from Gurgaon (Its cheapest here
)[/QUOTE
Thanks for the info... I will decide about that.. Even in Chennai it cost the same as Gurgoan, and the transportation charges wil also go high when compared

Had been to Ducati showroom in Bangalore to check the availability and arrival of Hyosung Bikes, since they have taken the dealership....
Crap.. they are telling it will be around 2 months to see the display one and god only knows when we can go for test ride.... Garware made a big mistake by giving the dealership to these ppl
