whats the Ex-showroom price in Bangalore ?? I have booked a single color one at Chennai a week ago where it was 4.75L, and now they are telling I need to pay 4.83L as the state has increased some tax. When I paid the 50k booking amount they have mentioned as 4.75L, so is there any way that I should pay only that amount

Btw, what happens to the R15 and the Ninja?
I guess my post already answers your query, anyhow will be lil more elaborative, Ninja 250R I sold when Odo read 9450 km (13.5 months old) on 27th April.
I still hold the Yamaha R15, reason pertains not to commute on a daily basis and use GT650R for weekends, but rather on the marvelous Engineering ported on the puny cc bike, neglecting the classification of Tourer, Runner, Cruiser etc. I have loved riding the Yamaha R15 more then the earlier steeds I owned: Karizma, Pulsar 220 dts-fi, Fazer, YBX, Fazer, CBZ etc (note: not with Ninja 250R, as it is all together a separate genre).. the throttle response, the maneuverability, vibe free nimbleness has out-shined my experience of owning this with others. So will keep it for lifelong, even when ascertaining on the fact that my 6'3 height on R15 is like a Camel plonked on a Goat, I have no apprehension on upholding it

+1Originally posted by neil.jericho View PostFantastic! Bangalore gets its first GT50R. And that too in white. Quite a looker to say the least. Hope to see you and your bike for some of the sunday rides. Would be lying if I said Im not keen on seeing the bike up front and in the metal.
Ive been a fence sitter on the GT650R vs N650 debate, some days I think i ought to get myself the Hyosung, some days the Ninja and some days I think I should wait for another midsized entrant and no the HDs dont tickle my taste buds. Seeing as I cant afford a big bike for the next year (at least), indecisiveness is a luxury I can still hold on to.
We are exactly in the same boat brah...

The legendary masterpiece act of Heath Ledger puts it righteously: ‘Madness is like Gravity, all it takes is a little Push’ … Enrooted from the realm of fathomless want of Power, I have graduated to another level. 27th April was the day when I bid goodbye to the Ninja 250R to levitate high from the lush green trotting landscape (Lime Green Ninja 250R) and heave into the fancifying serene beauty of snow covered mountains (White Glory GT650R). 70 Days waiting: A testimony of my subtle patience paid off today. Having the experience of owning, ripping plethora of steeds, the ensued passion has just grown stronger.
Since Bangalore had an issue with the earlier Dealer, and even the new Dealer’s setup is not up, the delivery ascertained more on an endless push from my end. Finally, got it directly shipped from the HO Pune. Even when the assurances of earlier delivery mocked back as a fallacy, it was dis-heartening but nevertheless the D-Day annihilates the prior experiences, and gluing profoundly on the GT650R brings a smile on my face. What further gravitates the beauty: me being the first Customer in the State of Karnataka!
