It feels good to hear that you got the first one in Karnataka...
What about servicing in Bangalore?Do they have service centres here?
AFAIK there is no official showroom in Bangalore.....Never argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and then beat you with experience.

whats the Ex-showroom price in Bangalore ?? I have booked a single color one at Chennai a week ago where it was 4.75L, and now they are telling I need to pay 4.83L as the state has increased some tax. When I paid the 50k booking amount they have mentioned as 4.75L, so is there any way that I should pay only that amount

People look for mileage... But I choose Mile Age

No you need to pay the current amount... As the taxes have increased before the delivery and before you paid the full amount...Originally posted by patty_86 View Postwhats the Ex-showroom price in Bangalore ?? Its the price at the time of deilvery that matters and not the price at the time of booking. So, AFAIK there is no way, you could get the bike at 4.75L.
P.s: Ex-showroom blore for single tone color's is 4.81L and not 4.83... save a couple of grands for yourself...

Can some one tell me what would be the on-road price in Bangalore ?? Since I have booked in Chennai and also they have increased the ex-showroom price to 4.83L, i think its better to buy here.
Please suggest me.People look for mileage... But I choose Mile Age

My White Glory
Hi,
I just got my GT650R which is an amazing bike for the beginners to start fall in love with an SBK.
Right now the problem is:
1) The engine gets heated up very badly even for a small ride of 200 mt which i can feel it.
2) Initially i put the normal petrol instead of Hi-octane, so the bike stops at low rev but no issues while moving... mechanic said it is due to petrol.
Please suggest me since there is no showroom opened in Bangalore.People look for mileage... But I choose Mile Age

Congrats on your Hyosung SBK,you have made the right choiceOriginally posted by patty_86 View Post1) The engine gets heated up very badly even for a small ride of 200 mt which i can feel it.

1.When the bike is partially halted(eg.traffic signal),immediately off the engine. This avoiding further build up of heat.
2.It is not because of petrol. When you start of the bike from 1st gear you need to keep the revs a bit higher around 2,000rpm otherwise the bike goes ahead and stalls

Mel..do u have to cool down (let the starting rpms drop) the bike before actually starting your ride??Originally posted by melroyal View Post2.It is not because of petrol. When you start of the bike from 1st gear you need to keep the revs a bit higher around 2,000rpm otherwise the bike goes ahead and stalls
In the NInja 250r, the starting rpm is 2000 and its been advised to let the rpms of the bike drop down to 1200 odd before you actually start riding.
It is just to ensure that the oil reaches the different parts of the engine before u actually start ripping.
If the bike is hot (you have just come back from a ride and starts it again in 1 odd hours) then you wont have to do the above as the starting rpms are 1200 odd.
Wondering Is it the same way in the GT650r?http://www.californiasuperbikeschoolindia.blogspot.com

The only two "PURE" experiences in life are"SINGLE MALT" and "BIKING".
