I wonder what Wasan bajaj was doing!
i suppose, this ''belly'' is particular with Wasan Bajaj..
i myself have seen this part in the display at a Wasan bajaj showroom in Nasik!

and this was back in april/may 2011!

          • I went to a showroom which is the closest to the bajaj factory. The guy from it said new pulsars will come at 1st Jan. But off course this source is not trust-able.

I asked servicing center manager. He had no clue. He said, they would only knew only when those new bike arrive for their first servicing. I asked him about training and stuff. He said there's no thing such thing as training, first batch of bikes will be 'tried, error and learned'.

Mr. Bajaj had spoken about the New Pulsar coming in by the end of 2011 in Feb 2011 (BS Motoring interview)..

and very recently he made the official announcement that it will be showcased in Dec and the bikes will hit roads in 2012.

That's pure BS, I know even for Discover 100cc, show room mechanics received training.. well at that time I was contemplating to settle down for a 100cc bike

This showroom is outside Bajaj factory. Most of staff is friendly with me. They do reveal 'many' things.
If you think they are trained (I mean to the very part of all generations), ask them questions like what air pressure is needed in rear suspension canisters or the amount oil is needed for front fork etc,. they will give arbitrary numbers. Bajaj also need to print comprehensive and correct info in the manual. Also toolkit should be provided to all customer instead selling them in market etc,. Bajaj and bikes are perfect, it's just they get ruined by bad handling of A.S.S
