thanks a lot bro for sharing the details...what could be the approximate launch date.......?i think KTM 200 spotted thread should be merged with this one.....there's some serious discussion going on that thread upon the spec of this bike

what about power & torque? are you ok with the figure (25hp) specified in the site? they didn't mention any figures for torque though.. just one line "incredibly punchy torque"!

What's the point of a separate thread altogether?

This could have been merged with the Duke Spotting thread, this will help people in getting all the relevant information at one place rather than going through all the threads.

              Good specs!

              Electric starter... Wow!
The Wheel was a great invention; Two Wheels with a Motor in between was even better!

the most eye catchy is its frame...

So they have done away with the under belly exhaust?

This 690 looks more like a street bike rather than the Supermoto inspired styling of last gen.

Wish the 200 Duke came with an Orange frame too.

A orange frame on orange bike may no look good, but yes there could be combination like black and orange, white and orange will look real good.

Though feasibility from mass production perspective could be a concern.

not only with the orange frames..but with those shiny graphics & dual tone paint job on the rims

with this kind of paint job on the rims, KTM 200 should be an eye catchy & different machine..

Stock products need to cater to a very wide audience and as it's said 'One man's meat can be other man's poison'. Something which looks kickA$$ to you may be weird for someone else.
