Every consumer is not me. Again, speaking of segments, there are far more 150cc commuters in the market. Starting with Discover 150, Pulsar 150, Unicorn, the 'outgoing' Dazzler, SZ-R, Xtreme, Hunk, Achiever150, GS150 - they all cater to the 150commuter segment. And we have 'yet' another commuter launching today. It stands to simple logic that when a segment is already overcrowded, it's always wiser to target a different segment - atleast that's what they did when they launched the Activa more than a decade ago. Again, with the Unicorn, they introduced something which the Indian market had never seen - excellent refinement and mono shocks. The CBR250 opened up a completely new segment in India. What does the Trigger bring to the table? Outdated looks and ages-old specs with a new headlamp?

Biking is not about how many Km/h you put on your Speedo. It's about how many miles you put on your Odo. Ride Safe, Ride Long!

looking a lot better than dazzler but its tank and overall design apart from headlight is derived is from unicorn which is not a good thing, after all its a 10 year old design....and as far as competition with fz is concerned....no chance...fz is generations ahead in design department....Honda should learn something from Bajaj and Yamaha...

              • So CB means that nice green color from CB 1000? Just like in The Indian Twister.

For the fastest stopping bike, Yamaha managed faster stopping with wider rubbers and a Drum at rear.
Dazzler had skinny rubber and rear disc to stop after 3 seconds.

                Cool Info that was.

This whole discussion should go in another thread actually, - CB Dazzler - Upgrade -
No point in discussing this bike in CB150R Street-fire thread!.(ok I have seen now that the title is changed)

If we can accept GS150, we should accept slightly uglier CB 150 Trigger.
After all its a Honda, The quality is what we paying for.

The trigger will be launched in three colors - Gold, Red and Black - Basically the same three colors from the Dazzler palate.
The GS150 sold (and still sells) in decent numbers for two USPs - the 6th gear for cruising on highways, and the refined engine which is as smooth as Unicorn's.

Ahhh.. the same classic Honda Cliche.

The Cliche might be ok for "aam janata".. but I have seen Yamaha providing much better "Quality" in India.

The very first thing I expected after reading that line from Kochumvk's post was a comment from you.

It seems that no one from xbhp is covering the launch. Are there any launch pics or confirmed specs available ?

So an anti-climax eh..?? The auto publications almost convinced me that it was the CB150R "Streetfire" this time. Does it mean that the Dazzler is being put down.. the CBF Stunner PGM-Fi has already been discontinued.

Well, at my place, SZ are actually selling good numbers...

There is no point dragging the Dazzler any further.
& I just loved those tank scoops, Huge Tail section and console.
What is the declared price mates??? Price of 5 K more than Unicorn would be bang on.

The speedometer looks good. Seriously, the tank looks quite similar to fz. I believe the headlight of a bike plays an important role on deciding the look of a bike, and this is a very very mediocre headlight design, nothing special about it.

Yes in Orissa/Odisha SZ sells well.. but its a regional phenomenon, much like how the Glamour sells like crazy in Assam
