    Here we go. A 147 kilo 43bhp 390cc bike with ABS priced below 2.5 lac OTR.

          147 kg is its dry weight...with a fully filled fuel tank and engine oil and all it will be 156 kg or slightly more.

          i had momentarily forgotten that the RC's frame is also tubular.

            But if I am not wrong, wasn't the rc200 supposed to be launched first??

              Bookings not started in Guwahati, Assam too. In fact, those people had no idea about its launch dates or booking details.

                I checked here in Hyderabad too, the showroom was not aware of any developments and were surprised. The showroom manager told me that it was at least 2 months away as they did not have any information...

                    Tried all the dealerships in Mumbai. No one has a clue about when it will be launched let alone start booking. If anyone has booked it, then please post a pic of the receipt (removing all details of name and payment) to enable us poor souls to follow up with the dealerships out here.

                        Yup. Not worried about the quality issues. Bike will go straight from show room to Motozone for a engine blueprint and stage 1 tuning.

                              Apparently booking for the RC200 would start next month and RC390 is a good 4 months away.
                              This is a serious bad news.

                                why a serious bad news ?

                                i dont see the need to hurry. rather be a bit late (probably due to testing and refinements etc) than come up with a bike full of issues..
