      Whether it's a nice move or move by a company realizing that there product is not gonna sell with this Mt. Everest price, what was suzuki thinking when they first launch the bike at 3. lakh rs that too xshowroom, and now they suddenly slashed the price to one lakh, at first they might have thought that they gonna cash there suzuki name and can sell a product at any price and then suddenly they realise people can't be fooled so drop the price.

        Hmm not quite,

        1. They sold 200 till May with deteriorating interest in the end. Only 3 in the last weeks of April & earlier May as reported by few auto-websites.
        2. Considering exchange rate ($1 = ₹60), it was priced @ ₹ 3.6L($6k) on-road & now @ ₹ 2.4L($4k). Not to forget tax on CKD products.

        We don't have sales figures post price-cut yet. If Suzuki was fooling us via CKD route, I can't spare others who follow same route from accusing.

        Only time will tell a better story.

          suzuki is importing bike (CKD), from which country, it is not clear.please write some thing about it. if they are importing it from thailand, or indonesia product quality will not be better.

            Current Inazuma avail here is made in China and gets imported to India. This product follows all the quality standards of Suzuki and same CKD units are getting exported gobally.
