Since you have already seen it so early, how does it appear against RC200 lookwise? Bike looks good in pictures.Originally posted by Anuj_Gupta View PostA bike on the road is worth two in the shed.

BS. Whom are they selling bike to? People or Yamaha, Honda and TVS? Stupid copywriting by creative agency.Originally posted by abhishekch View Postthey are not targeting people's by this tagline . the main target are completion companys who are committed to track racing.. ie yamaha, honda, tvs. and take part in fmsci road racing with their factory teams.
As an informed member of xBhp forum, you should have told him to F*ck off. This can't be a "feature" in any bike in the world. What if someone's bike with less fuel, accidently die at traffic light?Originally posted by alliwanted View PostOne more thing I heard from a sales Executive at the launch event that it requires 1.5Ltr of petrol inside to start or else it won't. I asked him for clarification and he said it's like that. Strange!!

Well looks are subjective but as a normal biker .Originally posted by krishna77 View PostSince you have already seen it so early, how does it appear against RC200 lookwise? Bike looks good in pictures.
In terms of design
Rs feels like the old r1 ,(bulky fatty sexy)
Rc to me ,as the new R1(Sharp ,futuristic, more weird) .
I liked both ,rc was like a plain simple design (which many like ) and rs was like a excessively modified version. Both looks kickass to me.
Rs will be more attention magnet, while rc has a better chance to pass undetected wrt rs

Sent from my Mi3 using xBhp Connect mobile appI don't know about this feature but I think what the sales guy saying that, you shouldn't ride the bike if only 1.5L is left in the tank. The RS 200 being fuel injected, comes with a fuel pump in the petrol tank. Now this pump requires to be submerged in petrol to keep it cool. If you ride the bike with less than 1.5L in the tank the fuel pump can overheat and get damaged and is pretty expensive to replace.Originally posted by pulsater View Post

Re: Bajaj Pulsar RS200 Launched @ Rs 1.18 Lakhs
I think it is more about the wield graphics/color scheme which makes this bike look weird. -1 for looks but there is one thing which made me decide to go for the bike: ABS. I was looking for a decent tourer and this bike fits the role pretty well: comfortable riding position, good engine, fully faired, usable pillion seat and FREAKING ABS!!!
Regarding the looks, I am planning to get the fairing repainted in some time to a more uniform color. But that's well in future, abhi to waiting for the delivery of the bike!

Is it just me orbdo someone else feels, From the pictures, the height of faring and the handlebar is almost same. With this case will it be efficient enough to reduce wind last and give aerodynamic advantage??
This is supposed to be more used for touring by many people and crouching behind the small windscreen will not be a good option IMHOLast edited by emm; 03-27-2015, 10:10 PM.

A very initial ride report on rs200 , made by bike India people. By their words the FI has been sourced from Bosch.
The report is actually not very well written( some info are actually crap). But they share the seating position which according to them is more dedicated like despite the taller clip ons.
Someone who has sat on the bike can share views on this.Last edited by emm; 03-27-2015, 10:28 PM.

I doubt this statement. The riding position did not feel dedicated to me. It is much closer to Karizma/CBR than R15 or RC200.Originally posted by emm View PostA very initial ride report on rs200 , made by bike India people. By their words the FI has been sourced from Bosch.

Does both the projectors work on High Beam?Originally posted by MG View PostYou read it right. The high beam is more powerful which is clearly evident in one of the picture posted above
What about low beam? Does both projectors light up on low beam as well?
Also how is the seat height like?

Yep, must be the only company which advocates 'Road Rash'. Real Amateurs. The bike looks ravishing though.Originally posted by dishayu View PostLOL. What kind of monumental idiot came up with that? Are they saying only "amateurs" engage in racing (nevermind the fact that it takes years of practice to develop the skill).
Or are they saying track racing is for noobs... all "Pros" should race on open, public roads?
