The engine is very refined, exhaust is just different then typical Bajaj sound also it's a 150 cc commuter not a semi sports model so yes it's made for more of a city useage and some highway useage of around 80-100 kmph over that the engine maybe feels stressed but since I already booked it let's see the reviews I would have for it.
Comments from overdrive review says that dealers are charging 2000 ₹ above showroom price for seat cowl & grab rails as "Compulsory Accessories". however bajaj had mentioned earlier that cowl & grab rails will be standard for bike. You inquired about this brother ?

I have not as of yet, can anyone who has can shed some light on this topic of extra charging by dealerships? and how to report them for this?

Also whats the actual on road price for the Bajaj V15 in Navi Mumbai or Mumbai?

Ex-showroom prices of the Bajaj V15 in Chennai, Mumbai and Kolkata are Rs 62,820, Rs 63,682 and Rs 65,498 respectively. The company says that the cost of mandatory items such as crash guard, cafe racer rear cover, saari guard and rear grab handle is Rs 999, and is included in the ex-showroom price.

      Bajaj V15 Standard

      On-road price in Mumbai

      Ex-Showroom (Mumbai) 64,820
      RTO 6,037
      Insurance (Comprehensive)1,573
      Total On Road Price 72,430

Following the price leak, the official prices for the Bajaj V15 special 150 cc commuter motorcycle have been announced. The two wheeler is made with metal from the INS Vikrant naval carrier which was scrapped in 2014.

      Bajaj V15 – City-wise Prices
      Delhi – INR 61,999
      Mumbai – INR 62,820
      Chennai – INR 63,682
      Kolkata – INR 65,495

      [Note: All are ex-showroom prices.]
A small portion of the metal is used in the V15’s fuel tank to commemorate the country’s first naval aircraft carrier which played a crucial role in 1971 Indo-Pak war. Positioned between the Discover and Pulsar brands, the design of the new Bajaj is fresh with muscular fuel tank, a new bikini fairing with pilot lamps and a semi-low slung stance. The motorcycle is available in two color options – Pearl White and Black (both feature contrasting red decals).

Different sites providing different on road and ex showroom prices.
