Crappy TVS ? Lol,They are the ONLY Indian Company that is a worthy challenger to Japanese counterparts.Hero ? Pfft,They don't even know to make their own Engine and Gearbox,All they know is Painting and Sticker Jobs.Mahindra ? It took 6 Years for Mojo to come out,Nuff said about their so called 'Continous' product launches.Bajaj ? Yeah,The name sure does brings memories of screaming 'LOW BUILD QUALITY'.Here's what I want you to do,Let us see if a SINGLE Current Bajaj AS/NS.RS Lineups of Pulsars last more than 3 Years without an engine rebuild. You can find 30 Year Old TVS XL 50 still running whereas Bajaj has it's head leaking oil and parts falling off on road.

TVS has it's own Racing Team who represent India. They have been champions since 1983.

Do you know their race-spec RTR 160 ? Yeah,Makes 40 Bhp.Now try doing that with whatever peasantry Bajaj ride you got.

Auto Expo 2016 - See what Hero showed - Couple of repainted bikes
See what Bajaj showed - There were not even there
See what TVS showed - Go check it out yourself,It's here at xBhp

TVS > Bajaj > Hero - These are the current Indian Bike Makers.

    Deal with it,Hater.

Do you own a bajaj to make this statement? I have owned 2 pulsars in my riding life, first was a original pulsar 180 which survived for close to 2 lac kms with the worst possible maintainance. The 2nd being a p220 which has just had an overhaul at near 1lac kms. I am yet to see parts falling off. Most ns/as, in front of my eyes here are still running fine. It always comes down to how you maintain your bike.

Regarding tvs's quality and refinement, i have ridden tvs bikes long enough as well, starting from the shogun which breaks down more often than its contemporaries like rx n kb, both engine n build quality wise to fieros to rtrs. Nvh on rtrs are not something to write home about. Admitedly tvs offers better brakes but engine suvivability is nothing to write home about. I understand that you like tvs. Your profile name says that. However, do not make statements without understanding the point.

My Uncle owned a 2008 Pulsar 180.It was a lemon ride.Within 6 Months,The Nuts,Bolts and even the frame (On the Steering joint up front) started to rust and the head started to leak oil.He maintained it very well.He had to sell it off within the next 4 Months as it gave lots of troubles. So far almost all the DTSI Pulsars I have seen,70% of them have their Heads leaking Oil,Few emitting Blue Smoke,Few being rusted a lot.Agreed,This happens to RTRs as well,But WAY WAY Lesser in numbers than Bajaj.

In chennai, every thing develops rust, as i said, for 15 years have been riding 2 bajaj bikes. No rusting issues. However the rtr fi's rear disc i have on my old 180 did rust after a year of non-use where as rest of the bike was intact.

I was comparing the shogun to the other bikes of its era, namely the rx. Shogun is infamous for its weak body panels.

That irony.. you say Hero doesn't know to make their own engine and TVS does.. hope you do know that the RTR engine is Fiero's Engine..

Did you go to the Auto Expo?? Did you see the TVS Pavilion and have you seen the Hero's Pavilion? For Gods sake.. Stop creating brand war.. If you are a TVS Fan.. Go and get married to TVS..

FYI, Mahindra participates in Moto 3.. Do you even know what Moto 3 is? And regarding the mojo.. The bike proves itself.. It is close to just perfect... No one has to prove it to you..

The bikes show cased in TVS pavilion.. What did they showcase? other than the concept bikes which are not even road legal in and the Apache 200 4V?

Hero Showcased 620cc hastur.. of course a concept..

Chennai has lots of RTRs in good condition? Are you saying you inspect each and every RTR running on the roads to make this statement? LMAO.. seriously.. KID.. It is high time you grow up..

Bajaj made a wise decision and not participate in Auto Expo.. They just saved more than 14 Cr which.. Besides.. Bajaj is the only brand which caters different categories of 2 wheelers..

Everyone just calm down. No manufacturer is worth all the glory for fanboyism. And please remember nobody's products are perfect. If you are proud of some company keep it to yourself. Don't have to put others down. At the end of the day all these products are machines and have their own pros and cons. They are bound to fail one or the other day. Give inputs which are valuable and related to the topic. Else you can keep quiet or learn more about it.

Yes ofcourse,The RTR is a Fiero Engine. But it is a Short Stroke design now,Which means they have to redesign the internals completely. The Vibrations were mainly because they messed it all up with the Engine Balancing.

I never said anything about Mahindra.Ofcourse,I know they got a Moto 3 Bike.

They are Concept Bikes from TVS,Sure. But they are something showing how great the production version would be.They are actually releasing something right ?

Hero has been showcasing Hastur and the HX for 2 Years. Not even ONE spot of even a testing rumor have leaked out.I don't think they are gonna launch the HX anytime soon.

I said Chennai has lots of RTRs in good Conditions. Not 'ALL' are in Good Conditions.I agree,I have seen lots of them in very bad conditions too.By Good conditions,I mean RTRs without leaking heads,Or dents/scratches all over,Broken Panels,Blue smoking,Working lamps and proper exhaust note.

What is the 'Different' categories,Is Bajaj catering too ?

I am not here to do any brand war.I am sorry if I did.

That bike in Black looks damn awesum. Thank god this wasnt made a cafe racer wannabe. Looks quite proportionate and practical for a commuter. Now, I want such bikes to come with automatic gears to take on the scooter market. Bajaj could have actually beaten Honda Navi by launching an automatic here. I am expecting too much.
