No no. Let's wait for some time and confirm. It's absolutely no brainer to remove it, especially for tropical climate in India, and the spy shots clearly showed oil line which goes to the radiator.

EDIT: It's true. Air cooled!

I don't think its true as I have seen a lot of spy shots of the same bike and oil cooler pipes were clearly visible in those pics.
