        I went to the nearby showroom today and they said well they believe that the bike cs version will come much early but the sad part is that all the dealers will not get this bike only those who are keeping kawasaki ninja 300 or with ktm.

        Sadly my city does not have none of them.
        I would love to buy this bike whenever it is launched. Just crossing fingers that they don't change a bit of this beast which they are displaying here at the expo.

        He also told me that the ss version will not come soon. So the cs version we shall see soon in the market.

          I always thought bajaj can safely avoid Turn indicators and RVMs from bikes sold in Pune atleast to offer them cheaper. They can always offer them accessories for us.

          Maybe instead of these they can offer a goggle and a pair of earphones. If they wanna keep the price same. Yes that handle mountable spit 'dubba ' is going to cost a bit more as it's a specific innovation for awesome Indians

          Just joking.

          Clock is very important for tourers. Missed it so much on 220.

                More over I sent an email to the customer care to take a feed back of the bike I just hope that they reply back.

                  After what they did with the 200 (the original one) I'm extremely skeptical of Bajaj's concept launches! Nevertheless it is a decent progression for the pulsar series, albeit with KTM's inputs.

                    I think when the SVC don't have any clue on a particular launch they give such vague answers. I am sure automobile journalists are better informed than these less knowledgeable people!

                      AFAIK from my sources indicate that the new P150 or P180 will hit showroom by coming financial year. D150 might also shows up. Not sure about the 400 SS or CS.

                        I think the panigale has full LED headlamps too? Besides, I think the SS doesn't come with full LED, may be the aux or DRL or whatever is LED. The main lamp is conventional halogen.

                          Correct me If I am wrong but CS is still a Concept and not launching anytime soon.

                          Where as SS is production ready and will be launched sometime this year.

                            Most interestingly swing arm on SS and CS is different not expected from bajaj.

                            Not sure but I dubt the frame is different from 200ns too.

                            If they say the frame is aluminium or something not steal this is just outstanding.

                            Though Ktm is almost a bajaj group company it is very nice to find guys saying that all this pulsars are built by Ktm bla bla.

                            While thanking them for not discrediting hero for its efforts saying all done by ebr,

                            U suggest looking at rapid and vento back to back.

                            After that if time us there recent interview. Of Ktm chef posted by somebody is a good read.


                            Coming back with Hx hero set the bar high in terms of weight reduction. If the chassis is steal bajaj will have heavier bike. Something they need to address early to avoid z800 like prepositions later.

                            That is a 600 cc bike 20 kg heavier than a 690 duke, and the hero's 620 will not look good.

                              I would guess that the first launch would be that of 200 SS in 1st quarter itself, followed by 400 SS and 400 CS next year.

                              hopefully they would launch an avenger replacement as well with that 375cc mill, with looks similar to iron883.

                                A Bajaj guy present at the expo told me, "everyday a minimum of 100 people are asking about KTM RC 390!, most of them oblivious to the SS 400! "
