BTW one thing i found weird is that the purchaser says he has paid the full amount half cash/half DD. But at the same time if u read the first post Bking says "the cheque bounced due to insufficient funds

As far as Bking goes, I been on xbhp for quite sometime time and extremely active. Even before joining xbhp I used to attend g2g's and knew active members personally too.

Neva Eva met or heard any1 named BKing...same goes with a lot of active members from Hyd xbhp. No one knws the man nor heard of him. Trust me folks, there is a whole lot of shittt goin on behind this :|

First up, thank you very much rossiter for re-opening this thread!

But some other members, guyz, i am very sad that for two days (last saturday and sunday) I didn't post replies in the event of helping my friend harish, and some of you guys arrived at your own conclusions that eventually led to the thread getting locked!

Esp @xionite: Buddy, nothing personal, I understand that you were concerned, but you jumped to other conclusions that really misdirected the flow of direction and I was very sad that some of you guys didn't believe in my integrity. However, please don't take this personal. my only suggestion is that you (and some other members) please wait till you hear the full side of the story before arriving at your own conclusion

And all this for what? me not replying to the post for two days, that too, in the interest of helping my friend.

Anyway, on with the updates:

Guyz, my friend Harish Gorrela is the innocent one here. If you read through this post again from the beginning, you will understand that my side of the story is legit, why?

From the very beginning, I maintained that my friend harish was the victim of a con and i also disclosed that his bike did not have clear papers. And by involving with this situation, I even disclosed a very big post in the previous pages as to how young kids (teenagers esp) are being cheated by brokers/agents into selling bikes without proper papers.

The thief who stole the bike clearly knew my friend's position, he KNEW that it did not have proper papers and now he's showing concerns that i is not a clean bike? what kind of bull$**t is that?

His name was Owais Saair Hussain, and now he calls himself Bhasheer? Let me tell you guyz, currently I am traveling and once I am back in hyderabad, i will scan and upload the fake cheque the thieves gave. To describe the cheque a bit, it had a 4 digit account number of some bank in karnataka. And which bank these days has a 4 digit account number?

And these guyz are muslims (hussein and bhasheer), but the name signed in the cheque is a hindu name (can't remember the exact name now). Besides, they have two (fake) chequese for 2.5 lakhs each for the SAME account number. Now who gives two cheques for the same account number?

My friend harish is so innocent that he failed to see all these con tactics. Its only after he showed me cheques did I realize that it was fake. Thanks to all those xbhp members who worked in different banks to PM me to help out to trace to account details. Thanks guyz, but unfortunately, the cheques are fake.

oh and one more thing guyz, the fake cheques had a proper business type layout, and it even had a company seal in it, called "american techno' based in bangalore. I verified through friends, yellow pages and sulekha and so such company exists. This was a well planned scam by these crooks on my innocent friend harish.

Oh by the way, one more funny goof up tactics these crooks tried last week, that kept me busy over the weekend. They sent a lawyer notice to my friend harish from bangalore stating that customs duties are not paid on the bike, and that my friend harish agreed for a total price of 3.10 lakhs, 1.1 lakhs was paid by advance in DD, and the rest was fully settled in cash, and now my friend harish is harrasing his client (the crooks) by asking more money and ruining his image by putting photos on public forums.

Do these crooks things we are idiots? I mean seriously guyz, I am used to dealing with a lot of lawyer notices, cases, both criminal and civil suits and I have experience reading all forms of notices, FIRs, injunction orders and many more.

IN the lawyer notice that they sent, it did not have the name or address of the so called "clients". who was it? was it hussein? was it shabeer? In any lawyer notice, the lawyer starts out by saying "my client, so and so name, son of so and so, residing at so and so address...." etc. But this lawyer notice from bangalore had NONE of these details. WTF guys? When my friend harish showed me the notice, I was laughing. Oh and one more thing, which lawyer these days works without a phone man? The lawyer notice did not have a phone number. one fake address was there, based in bangalore pin code 53, but the notice was couriered from bangalore post office of pin code 9. what the hell guyz?Does bangalore pin code 53 not have a nearby post office? Realize it guyz, this is a pure scam, just trying to scare my friend harish. The crooks thought that saying that the bike got confiscated by DRI (that i already mentioned) will scare my friend and he would walk away. now they realized we still don't give up, they tried this lawyer notice trick. even that failed! I know that these crooks are also reading this, as putting this up on xbhp is what scared them into faking a a lawyer notice.

And some of you who called that so called bhasheer, or hussen, or whatever? if he filed a case in station, next time, ask him for the FIR number and the police station. or better yet, ask him to go surrender to the bike to DRI. clearly, they know where my friend harish lives, and they can obviously guide the DRI to my friends house....but they won't do that...why? because they are crooks and to them, its all about the money. If they are genuine, then why not surrender the bike to DRI, and put a case against my friend harish through civil court to get the DD amount back?

CLEARLY, THESE FU**ING CROOKS DID NOT EXPECT US TO HIGHLIGHT THINGS ON XBHP. Obviously, they tried to re-sell the bike and thanks to xbhp
now they are not able to re-sell it.

So what do they do? they try other tricks. One of such tactics was putting up another profile on Quickr.

And again, Xionite and all, the pic you see in Quickr is the picture of my friend Harish Gorrella. The crooks method now is to confuse you all! Create a misdirection, play innocent, blame my friend.....and guess what guys, the crooks achieved it. how? that link on quickr made most of you to form fast conclusion that ultimately led to the topic getting locked! again why? all because i didn't reply for two days last weekend!

Thanks again rossiter, for opening the thread again. my friend is not giving up easily. And again, you bludy crooks, I know you are reading this, so rest assured, we won't give this up!!!

The point of me putting it up on xbhp was that even if it did not ended up in getting the bike back, I wanted to highlight the scam that is prevalent in the humble passion of superbiking!

Words spread faster in the crooks world then the real world. Every bludy crook involved in superbike scam all over India will be aware now. From here on, nabbing a superbike won't be easy!

As for me guyz, i've achieved my goal. going forward, thanks to xbhp, it will be very tough to steal and re-sell the bike. As of yesterday these crooks have been calling my friend harish and talking with him at arriving at a common ground. But the details of it I do'nt know. But will keep you posted.

One more things guyz, I am currently on travel, and won't be able to post for another two three days, so please don't arrive at other conclusions that would lead to the topic getting locked again. Fingers crossed.

oh and lastly, satan69in, you mentioned that you called my friend harish but he seemed indifferent that led you to believe that he may not be genuine. Understand one thing buddy, my friend harish had been getting a lot of calls, and most of it was mis directions. probably from the crooks themselves, giving random details, and as per the police, he was asked just to listen and hang up. That is exactly what he did, just follwing police instructions. I know that you were genuine, but you must understand the situation that he was in. I say this because you felt he wasn't excited when you called him.

Once again guyz, my heart-felt thanks to xbhp!!! my goal is achieved. It wasn't easy for the crooks to re-sell the bike and no more will any other crook dare to carry out this nasty business with ease. more time can be concentration on discussing bikes with passion. My humble request is that in the previous posts, i have highlighted how to be careful in buying or selling a super bike in india, esp for the young riders. please go through them again.

he says he wants the bike and is not concerned with how much money he spends getting the bike cleared from dri.

you say that he is doing this only for money.

he does not want to sell this bike to anyone else. (i got a friend of mine offering him 4lacs for this bike and to meetup but he refused to sell)

you are saying that he wants to sell off his bike at the earliest.

he says that you are threatening that you are somewhere related to some political goon.

things are getting pretty messed up here.

I feel sorry to say this and that I have to doubt the brotherhood of xbhp but i personally feel that no one will trust any of the info here till some proof is posted here.

@Bking: first you say that the payment for the cheques was stopped, then you say that the payment was stopped because of insufficient funds in the account, now you say that the cheques were bogus.... you yourself are stating different facts over here.... somebody needs to thoroughly provide a clear picture on what really has happened.

I still remember your frankness in your previous posts about disclosing the bike being brought unknowingly from a grey market .

As you have been quite away without any updates and few of our fellow members misled by those crooks through public forums have perplexed me too.

But I have investigated things which have been turning around here abruptly here..

If they too are on public forums ..why arent they bothered enough to put their side too in xbhp?

As they are ranting that the bike has been ceased by DRI.. why there isn't any cop dealing with this hight priority task?

And after reading your post above..I've too understood that they are playing with your weakness as your bike isn't a proper one.

Never let them go away buddy..these clowns need to be punished .
