Aftarmarket fairings ? You gonna have to go with a windscreen...it's gonna kill the looks of the bike but that's a tradeoff when you decide to buy a naked. Wind blast on a naked will always be a ***** and the rider is just gonna have to get used to it.

I saw couple of pics of windscreen on FZ1. They definitely spoil the look. I think getting used to the blast is the best option here. And I definitely wouldn't want to touch the originality of the bike.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU. THE NAKED LOOK IS SOMETHING REALLY COOL. THE FAZER FOR ME IS TOO DULL IN TERMS OF LOOKS (MY OPINION SORRY )
MY SUGGESTION IS TO BUY THE BEST RIDING GEAR, TUCK IN AND GO THROUGH THAT TORNADO

That fairing definitely helps on the highways taking away a lot wind resistance. I could do a 400 mile trip on this bike without any efforts because of my huge fairing :-) . Though I admit the naked looks far more tempting. And to all this bike really corners well. I am still learning and lots to discover. Attaching some pics of my FZ1 here.

                          • what i was looking for is something which we can mount on for those highway runs and long tours and remove it when you are using it normally....

no disrespect meant but the other pic had a second fairing covering the radiator guard, somehow i do not find it getting along with the bike. again its personal taste
beautiful pictures there with just the fazer fairing it looks lot better. i am sure that fairing helps a lot, compared to the naked. it must be very comfortable to munch on those miles

Have you booked an FZ1 or planning to book one? If you plan to do long tours on it a small windscreen will be of help.if u plan to do short rides (150-200 kms) in a day then you are better off with naked styling.
