thanks a lot buddy. have been thinking very seriously about a road trip to udaipur with the bike. simply love the terrain there - but unfortunately the roads between udaipur and indore aren't that confidence inspiring.Originally posted by prateek95 View Postwell i have been a silent obsever on all sbk threads on xbhp but damn, that 848 is looking fab. i know it is a very late wish but congo on this one brother and my gosh one helluva sbk group for a city like indore, in udaipur all i have ever seen was 1cbr 600rr,1 haybusa,1 r6 and couple of comet 250s and 1 650 and 3 harleys.
udaipur has it's own sweet charm and I think i would be visiting the place quiet a bit more often now (totally mad about the food there - had gone for lunch at some amazing place - it was a restaurant in a bungalow and also went to some haveli restaurant next to the lake - through the extremely narrow lanes) simply love the city.

yes the road are not that good but i think from indore to ratlam it is four laned highway and a section of ratlam to banswara is bad but after that it is again manageable to salumbar which is my original place (i study in udaipur) after salumbar rest to udaipur is a breeze you could enjoy twists and turns and some speed bursts too it is all in one 70 kms section, but you should visit udaipur it is a place to see definitely and i think it is a correct time because summers will be too damn hot here, and please please let me know if you visit udaipur, would at least touch our italian monsterOriginally posted by samyakmodi View Postthanks a lot buddy. have been thinking very seriously about a road trip to udaipur with the bike. simply love the terrain there - but unfortunately the roads between udaipur and indore aren't that confidence inspiring.

fell in love with the white colour the moment i saw it. the only problem is that there aren't many polishes or things that one can use to maintain the white colour. Ducati = Single Sided Swingarm. any ducati without it doesn't feel the same to me. Yup we do have a Diavel in our group too.
the good sections are excellent - the trouble is with the bad sections where the roads are not just narrow but are really bad too. can't risk the bikeOriginally posted by prateek95 View Postyes the road are not that good but i think from indore to ratlam it is four laned highway and a section of ratlam to banswara is bad but after that it is again manageable to salumbar which is my original place (i study in udaipur) after salumbar rest to udaipur is a breeze you could enjoy twists and turns and some speed bursts too it is all in one 70 kms section, but you should visit udaipur it is a place to see definitely and i think it is a correct time because summers will be too damn hot here, and please please let me know if you visit udaipur, would at least touch our italian monster

heyy buddyOriginally posted by entsurgeon View Postupdates please bro. hows the bike doing? recent rides? replaced any consumables oil/tires etc. plz come in. we are listening.
I am sorry for not being able to pen down a lot off late, but had been incredibly tied up and barely rode the bike in past 3 odd months.
since the winters have come with a bang - the riding season will start all over with a new zeal.
not many consumables have been consumed - if you know what i mean
though seriously considering changing the chain as after summers came monsoons and since then haven't been riding much - so the chain has picked up some rust. considering either cleaning it first - and then lubing it - or maybe replace it with a new one altogether.
desperately looking for a single sided swing arm paddock stand's design - as the one's in the market are ridiculously priced + aren't that well designed. all i need is some basic dimensions to get it replicated at the factory and then improvising on it
