re: A Green Affair! Starring Kawasaki Ninja 650 Edit: Now Sold!
Thanks Sid... OTR price in Kurnool of Andhra pradesh is Rs. 6,13,850/-.. No, the kawasaki people did not provide the left side grab rail but given a huge saree guard.. Soon am going to get rid of the grill..
As far as paint scheme is concerned, it is 2016 model.. Looks different.. Yeah am going to give full account of the story along with pictures.. Till then 'Ride Hard Party Hard'..Last edited by dbr650; 06-27-2016, 07:53 PM.

Yeah!!! saree guard is not required at all
, but hand rail is required required personally for me (as i like to go on tours with 1 up)
Paint scheme of your bike looks awesome!!! enjoy with your new acquisition, please do share more snaps and details whenever you get time because i am really confused whether to choose 2015 model or 2016 model.
Thanks!!! and many congratulations!!! once more.

Recommended oil grade is 10w40 so I would suggest you to pick any other oil if Motul is not available in same grade. Shell perhaps if its available. I dont think changing to 10w50 would have any issues.Originally posted by dbr650 View PostHi Sachin Ji...need help.. It's been two months since my KN 650 arrival..so 1st service has to be done.. Well I would advise not to get a fender. Just get a radiator guard from Red Line Plus and you should be sorted. A few of us had got it but in hard bumps it cracked the fender for some of us. So I have one at my place but never opened the packing at all.Originally posted by dbr650 View PostThank you Sachin Bhai! One more query regarding ground clearance: Can we take Ninja650 to Leh/Laddakh with pillion (total weight of both will be about 125-130 kgs) via Manali-Leh or Srinagar-Leh route?
Anyone knows if someone have done this earlier or can be done easily.
Thank you in advance for extending kind advice.

re: A Green Affair! Starring Kawasaki Ninja 650 Edit: Now Sold!
dbr650 - I did a 1300 kms ride a couple of weeks back however it was on Karizma because somehow someway a mouse managed to bite and cut some wires of my bike due to which the bike was not starting. It's fixed now and back to normal rides. I will be doing one ride this Sunday so will post some pictures in next week
Regarding no cut frame sliders, there are many options like Puig, R&G, Kraftewerk which you can use.
Puig is sold through Ultimate Auto Impex - https://www.facebook.com/Dealer-for-...6811585029617/
R&G will be available with PRS - https://www.facebook.com/performance...store/?fref=ts
Kraftewerk will be available with Planet DSG - Kraftewerk: Ninja 650R Frame Sliders:12- - 6,499.00Rs

Glad hearing from you! and thank you for your advice... one more thing I recently came across that the 'Bachchoo Motors' also selling 4 types of frame sliders...price varies from Rs.6400/- to 10,500/- , I could not understand the difference between those parts and range of price also...might be the manufacturing company or the build quality or anything else...
any how thank you once again...
Ride hard, Ride safe...
P.S.
Here is my saga of owning 650
