            Well honestly, I had taken the delivery from a showroom that's almost 300 kms from my place, so had decided on the day well in advance, but the rain gods had something in mind! But loved the ride back, excellent weather

              Congrats man! Incidentally, it had rained in Pune too on the day I took the delivery of my bike May last year. Looking forward to hearing your experiences (esp coz i see that you are transitioning from an n650).

                    How are you doing? Didn't hear much from you these days. How is the bike doing?

                    I have done 23K now and bike is as-usual fantastic and having fun whenever I get time to venture out. Service cost is one of the cheapest and i am loving it.

                    By the way we have planned all India CBR650F G2G which is happening in Goa from Sept 30th-Oct 2nd 2017. Folks from Meghalaya, Odissa, Chandigarh, Karnataka and from many other places are joining. Are you interested? If yes, please PM me your number and we will add you to that All India CBR650F whatsapp group.

                      Sorry, for seeing the post late. Actually I have 2 updates on the bike, but I have not been able to find time to post. I am working on it though and should be ready to post the updates. Basically I got the tyres changed and we went for a small 1 day trip. I am kind of preparing both the updates. Will post soon.

                      23K KMs? Wow!! That is fantastic. I have only managed about 13K till now.

                      All India CBR650F G2G? This sounds fantastic. I will try but my chances are very bleak my friend.
                      I am not much of a long distance straight highway cruiser.

                      But the idea sounds fantastic. I will surely be looking for the updates on that.

                      You had gone for the Metzeller M7 in the rear? Right?
                      What is your feedback on the same?

                        Yup. I went for M7rr when the ODO was 14K. These are excellent street tires. No issues till now. Have ridden considerable kms in rain as well. These are very confident inspiring. They do take bit of time to warm up. Also the life is not that great when compared to PR4. I am expecting the tires will last for 15k kms maximum, which is very decent IMO.

                          15K Kms is excellent in my opinion. I was considering them quite seriously this time also, but went with the Angel GTs as I was not sure of real life mileage of these tyres in Indian conditions. But if your tyres last for about 12K Kms, I am getting these next.

                              I think it is expected to launch here in September. I did recently see a couple of Review sort of videos cropping up on youtube for it, which made me believe that it is launched in a couple of markets. So India launch in september looks okay.

                                Ahh , no updates? Looks like all the owners are having issue less experiences, I am considering the 2017 model and the 2017 Yamaha fz09, I know both are completely different classes of bike and price point but some how leaning towards these 2 bikes are upgrades.
