I know but what bugs me is the lack of ownership reviews of the fz09, the CBR is tried and tested , I'm coming from a 250r, I know what to expect from the CBR , the fz09 is a new updated 2017 model with 3 modes, traction control, etc . I think the fz is 4 lakhs more too if I'm not wrong.

My apologies, there are a couple of updates on the bike which I need to post. Unfortunately not getting the time, but hopefully should do it soon. Both positive updates, like a small road trip and tyres changed.

May I suggest the Ninja 1000, if you are going into the 10-11 lakh segment. Its is an excellent VFM proposition.
The FZ I am sure is an excellent motorcycle, but for some reason I have not even seen one on Delhi roads. Not even heard of anybody owning it. Maybe its just got to do with how Yamaha's is selling its big bikes in India. Of the three, this would be the most fun bike to ride in the city. CBR is jack of all, master of none maybe except for its ease of use. The Ninja maybe can offer that extra oomph, if you are looking for it.

That was the point for my considering the MT 09, there aren't many or very hand few are there and it's not very heavy too , I just wanted a bike to standout and all the international reviews have been good for the newer updated model . Not a fan of the ninja 1000, find it too beefy for my liking, I'd like a bike that I can do even track days on, the CBR is a decent proposition, the fz 09 is too,I'll put the street triple too , but still waiting on the r and RS versions respectively.

If possible track days are a consideration too, then Street triple would be my top choice considering the entire package which include service availability etc. And I would agree, the higher spec R and RS variants should be worth the wait.

Will wait n see how finances are , leaning towards the mt09 still over the triumph, used to want the triumph but something about the raw nature of the yam and the way the power is delivered .

Waiting on your update on the ceeber, also considering the 2017 650f , looks sharper n sounds throatier and slightly more power .

Yes, my friend. Will try to post the updates soon. I guess the slightly throatier exhaust note might not be huge advantage as it will never be loud enough to not need an aftermarket exhaust. The extra power, LED Headlights, better front suspension should be good enough to consider it though.

Yeah, saw it. I for some reason find it too optimistic. I would love Honda to launch the bike at this price considering the new Ninja 650 is already a very good package.
From what I had heard, it was to be launched at the same 7.3 lakhs ex showroom price. But it is possible that Honda is reconsidering its pricing strategy because the Africa Twin is priced very well.

There are few companies who are making them:

You might have to look for India Distributors of each.
