yes srini. Here in Bang,decent RK's are going for close to 20-22k (have seen atleast couple of them!)...

@ VAS: ENgine is fully ready, just the External appearance! that will take some time. I have a Deluxe, Lamby then this one in the Queue.

Hi all,

I got my Yezdi Roadking (1994) restored recently. A mechanic called Afzar, Kalasipalya got the job done.. I must say he has done a very nice job.

The only change in the retro restoration is an rpm meter. Love the bike apart from the fact that it swallows petrol (+oil) instead of drinking it

Enjoy?? i'm loving every minute of riding it, so much that i have stopped using Fiero.

It has not failed once to get stares everytime i use it in the open.

Beautiful bike, but the meters dont suit it.

@marvinpatrickgray: Thanks, will convey the same to Afzar (for his work on the body)

I know the meters don't suit... I needed the rpm meter but didn't get one with a black background so used white on both.. Will replace them as soon as i get hold of one, or until i'm used to changing gears without the tacho..

Yup, Tacho works brilliantly

thought the fuel meter doesn't work

I'm not sure if its unusual but when i change the gears, they slot perfectly at around 6000 rpm. Anything less or more I have to struggle a little... So the tacho is really helpful.

Hi Guys,

I have an old 250 CL2 lying unused at home in Kerala. Planning to refurbish her as soon as I reach.

Do any of you have any idea on a good Yezdi mech nearby Trivandrum\Kollam in kerala? (There was one near Kundara (Kollam) by the name Mammachen..no idea if he is still there.)

I'd rather not drag her to Coimbatore\Mysore.

Any help is welcome

i have installed a new pacco carburetor on my cl2. As soon as i started, the bike is revving high, i am unable to bring it back to normal. Does anyone know the carburetor settings in yezdi.
