Yes, i am an Electrical Engineer with Specialization in Power Electronics. In 2003 I was in my first year of graduation, I don't remember seeing any Rajdoots in showroom, YAMAHA India already started manufacturing four strokes like YBX and libero. Why would anyone buy Rajdoot, when CBZ have already set the trend for modern bikes. As a kid I always had a liking for this bike after Jawas and Bullets.

RX-100 easily used to cross 100 kmph and reach 110 kmph. Nobody should have doubt on that. Maybe i could have tried more but for the drum brakes and those days when i was in college in Hassan, we did not have roads like double road highways nearby to test it. In 2001 Yamaha and Escorts group had parted ways ... I have seen the Rajdoots sold till 2002 in rural parts of India ... a very well known dealer gave me this information about the availability of the Rajdoots till 2003.02 Qualis GS
