These are those fond memories that always bring a smile when ever we see them.Originally posted by frankpilli View PostThe first picture is clicked in Feb 1989 when i took part in the All India Motor race meet (The Mc Dowell Grand Prix) in the Group D event for 100 cc. you can see the bike stripped off some parts like center & side stands, (side stand fixed temporarily to click the photo graph) headlight, tail light to meet the race regulations.
The second one (same bike) was clicked in early 1990's, you can see the yellow circled portion which is a home-made Resonator i made using an empty aluminum perfume can, drilled a hole fixed a rubber tube, drilled another hole on the in-let manifold and connected them and glued them with araldite.
BTW the kid (my cousin's son) sitting on my bike now completed his B-Tech !!
RX's just have that magic which I dont have words to describe. Though they smoke, shout, give 30kmpl and all nags....but still, Its lovable.
I am in search for RD350 which is in good condition. Some one PM me if they know about it.2007 - Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme
