@ all, To my low level of knowledge & understanding it is known that the 6 Speed close ratio speed box that the malay RX has is not a direct fit to our Indian ones & still they are available in the market & people swear that it can be installed also. How far is this true? Recently a AP based Tuners who are well established in FB have put up one for sale saying that it can be fixed to our Indian Rx'es. Could someone shed some light pls...? I can also give the link if someone want's to reconfirm what I've said.
Ram, if the question is, is it possible or not, then answer is "YES". But how it is done & what all mod job to be done inside crank cases, if you learn those intricacies, then you will be better off using it!!!!! (Reminds me of that song "Better off Alone" by Alice Deejay).

In B'lore there are plenty of 6-speed GB & 20PS Bore Kit of Malay RX-Z available as many tuners had ordered them thinking their bikes will become SCUD Missiles after using these products, only to realize later that they are of no use to Indian RX135. We have plenty of original ART pistons too of Malay RX-Z floating & gathering dust for many many years.

No wonder RX-King parts are very rare to come by, but Malay RX-Z parts are available in plenty.

If you need it, i will get you for market price, but after that what you do with it, is your headache.

No offence to these H'bad dudes, but how come in RX100, RX135 & even RD350 it is always B'lore dudes who take the cup away in drag races who just use only 5-gears & end up having exit speeds of more than 150Kmph!!!!!!

Please dont fall for such crap, it will not work, i.e it will not perform well.

Thanks for clarifying Karthik. I knew it had a lot of Jugaad work to be done to fit it, but the way it was posted in FB by them assured that nothing is at all needed & it can be a "El Perfecto" fit& people were craving about it as if it takes an hour or two get it right. I had to clear myself from the cloud that it isn't possible as easy as the 4 Speed to 5 Speed conversion that's happening in common & to me altering the crank cases means "Impossible". Let it run the way it is...!

^^Beauty.. Nitesh Sir..! Speaking of all these, happened to visit a friends workshop where i saw the 135 5S laminated poster with an acrylic coated frame hanging and i was told that it was supposedly given to most of the Mechs in 2000-2001. Will try posting a pic of the same sometime..."It says something like "14bhp 5 Speed" with a Horse & a Man in the background. Have asked him if he could spare me that...bugger never replied a word...!

Is that model Mahima Chaudhary? Is that ad from late 80s or early 90s

That is a very early 90's ad and yes, those days things were much simpler [and better in quality!] ..never paid attention to the girl in the ad though after you pointed does look like Mahima Choudhary.

As usual Doc, simply amazing collection. And ram too, dint know you too had so many surprises.

                              Few points from my side:
                              1. 14 sec for 0-150Kmph for an Indian RD seems too un-realistic.
                              2. 0 to 60Kmph in 6 secs for an RXG !!!!!! Wow. Really?
                              3. And what is that 'Green' thing about RXG, are they referring to YEIS technology?
Doc, it would be nice if you can post the "Test Reports" of these 2-stroke bikes.
