Are you referring to the painted plastic piece or the unpainted black coloured plastic.
In any case, I am told that they cannot be found. Try hunting around at old bike mechanic shops, they may have scrap KBs lying from which you can take these plastic pieces.
Though I am not optimistic, KBs are full of plastics/fibre stuff and these age badly (unlike RX's metal stuff).

    cheers
Does Bangalore have an equivalent of Bombay's Lamington road? I used to source all the KB cosmetic parts (including the panel you are looking for from there). These were usually touched up second hand parts, but since they were just cosmetic, I never really bothered.

All the best wishes with your project, bro. Looking forward to seeing her in all glory

If it might help somebody Fully Restored Kawasaki Bajaj - KB100 (Chennai) on sales.
The advertisement says all spare parts new, new bore and piston, clutch plate, all engine bearings, new head light, new speedo meter, new tail piece, two new MRF zapper tyres, all original spare parts.
My DIY(s) - Sprocket bearing change | Paint job | Custom speedo dial

Getting angry at somebody is the same as getting angry with a bike that just won't go. You should stop and start thinking.
A good mechanic will let you watch even without charging you for it. |
It is funny to know that we've been imitated and copied so well
and surprising when we notice our mistakes are copied as well.

Well, this is where KBs stand out. They'll take abuse, no-2T running, no maintenance, and yet keep runnings.

Get him in shape, you'll enjoy the results.

I started working on my RTZ as a hobby, and trust me I am enjoying it lots. Can't devote as much time as I'd like to due to work, family etc.

I think it is the external case screws, though it seems to be too many. But really, until you asked it didn't occur to me that there could be internal screws too. Nothing's written on the pack.
Anyway here is a photo, can you find out which is it?

                Re: KB100 RTZ - 18 yr old - Restore

                Hi Friends

                Not much to update.

                1. Got a ratchet-socket kit, so was finally able to remove the engine. It is now sitting in my apartment balcony (much to the wife's irritation). One of these days will start opening it up.
                2. Removed all the wiring, with not cutting. Now will string up the new one (Swiss) keeping it next to the old one. I see that the new one's wires/points isnt same as the wiring diagram.

                Question:
Had gone to Hero's service center to buy rims and spokes. Found only 18x1.6 (bought it for 590/-).
There is no 18x1.85 used in HH. I also checked the part catalogue. So, where should I buy the rear rim from (18x1.85)?
Also, the HH spokes weren't chromed. I dont want to run around for chroming. I can get OEM chromed spokes that can used on KB (130mm drums & 18' rims).

                Thanks.

try bajaj or tvs for the rims , dont bother plating the spokes its useless they will end up worse,

                    Thanks kb100. Will do that.

Per your substitute part list, I went looking for wheel hubs - Caliber FR & Pulsar 150 RR.
Caliber hubs (FR) seem to be smaller than 130mm (that KB uses).
Pulsar hubs (RR) have 4 nut fitment for sprocket, whereas KB has a 6 nut sprocket.

On a positive note - finally cleaned & assembled the silencer.
Cleaning the silencer was such a pain, but found a super way to clear out the carbon nicely - plug the narrow end, stand the tube, fill water, add 4 packets of drain cleaner Kiwi Kleen, leave 2 days. Clean with water. Spic and span

                    cheers

                        Thank you kb100.

                        Repeating for clarification:
Front Brake Panel - Direct fit from Caliber Hoodibaba.
Rear Brake Panels (right & left)- Direct fit from Pulsar 150 (round headlamp model).

Can you please advise, what do I use for the spoke hubs (Drums) for Front & Rear.

Possible to get engine cylinder block, piston & sticker set in Bangalore, where ?

                        Regards

front brake panel :im assuming that you are refering to the front mounting plate for the brakes and the speedo worm , no there is no substitute for that as the locking mechanism is different
rear brake panels : assuming you are referring to the sproket carrier/hub +the stub axle on the lhs side and the mounting plate on the rhs side
why do you want to replace these items they do not wear out or get damaged , for the sproket carrier i would recommend replacing the bearing and using the current one , as for the mounting plates strip them of the brake shoes and cam and get them buffed they will be good as new

the part codes for the rear brake drum/hub is 30151063 its from the classic model pulsar

                            Perseverance pays !!!

Got an OEM bore kit, front rear drums, minda calipers, all cables, monograms, body stickers, lumax taillamp (had already bought some taillamp about i had cribbed earlier), aftermarket mirrors and other stuff.
                            Feeling great.

Frame is stripped and ready to paint. Painting per se is easy but prep is tough. Removing 18 yrs of grime grease rust is boring tiring and tests my willingness to do everything DIY.

                            Will keep updating.

Hi there everyone. Went through the ordeal of giving a makeover for my 90 model and that took me 9 months. Not because, the bike was in a bad condition but the mechanic that I had with me turned out to be a snake in the monkeys shadow. He wanted to make the extra pound of flesh.

The easiest way is to source atleast most of the parts, if not all before starting a job. Ofcourse, this means, visiting the store shop many many times.

                              Got my bike yesterday, finally.

                                congrats, your bike looks great.
The mechanic problem is the reason why i am doing everything self.
And once i started, i saw this as a great hobby. So even though some stuff is extremely boring and tiring, i keep at it. (eg. cleaning the frame and prepping it for paint...horrible)
