      15 is the STD. 14 will give more power on the low-end and have to compromise on top speed . i am going with the standard

      i never know that toshiba made bulbs,, until i have opened the Indicator to check the bulb specs ... 27w for indicator bulb trust me guys they are so bright,, can light up any face :P

              Perfeftion is all that comes to my mind when i see this rebuild ! Post some pics of the exhaust mounting brackets and closeups of the points where they are fixed with exhausts .

                  Finally got the US spec front sprocket , going by the standard teeth (15), there is a slight change in the inner groove , attaching photos for reference,, well after all a slight change in the groove made me run around ,, good learning though

                      Slight change, but no of groves are same right ? you couldn't get it rectified on a lathe ? any way no meaning in saving on the cost of reliability

                        well my mechanic said he can get the lathe work done. well to be honest my guide line for this build is NO COMPROMISE & NO FLIP - FLOP. I would rather wait for a day more and get perfection out of it,, the sprocket that I got is light weight forged aluminum
