u might not want to use it as straight reference,, it need a good hand when installing ,, when doing the timing and then the jetting with a good intake

epic.... the run-in is not even done the machine just came out and Top- Speed ? really ???

hats off. hopefully you understand that people don't rebuild a rd350 for top-speed. for half the cost get a rc390 which will keep you happy.

If you rebuild the RD for 40 kmph then rebuild the old bullet 350 and you will be much happier. 2stroke power rush is so much addictive that I forgot the run in period. Same thing happened with my Rx 135 and 1000 km of run in completed in just 5 day. Hope you will understand that addiction.

you mean RDD kit ? i have it running on my two RX.s , done and timed myself, so no issues with that. I have trained my mech in this regard as well but the US spec is tricky right ?you know anyone making an extension for a dial gauge ? need it so badly

Are you for real? Your mom serves you piping hot dinner and you just start gulping it? All bikes require a run in after the rebore, be it 2 stroke or 4 Stroke.

If you forget the run it, in a Rx 135, rebuilding the engine is not really expensive, the crank re conditioning cost around 1k and best connecting rods cost less than 1K. Rebore and new pistons would be another 2k.

The story is very different when it comes to rebuilding an RD, most RDs rot due to impatient owners messing up the run in period.

Now why are you asking him to rebuild a old bullet? attitude with knowledge is good, but its equally bad when the knowledge part is overwhelmed by attitude. This is a 2 stroke forum, and you don't have to explain the rush of a 2T to anyone, everyone here has experienced it, for gyan delivery look for college kids.

as a fact i have had and have multiple bikes. rebuild a 77 bullet too and i sure understand the addiction however machines do not.
they are metal parts moving together if they are to sing along in harmony a strict procedure is to be followed.

you just cant wake up from bed one day and start running 100 meters race. you start with walk > jog > run > sprint run. hopefully you understand.

again, you don't build an RD for top speed . if that's the case you are on a wrong path bud.

first thing its not 40 kmph its 40 miles (60 kmph ),, secondly rebuilding an rx is no big deal and i have done enough, runin is the period where all the new parts set right,, opening throttle during that time is the most stupid thing ever you can imagine ,, you have an r135 and did 1000k in 5 days good for u and your bike,, i am not in a rush to do 200km per day, i am an IT professional cant spend all day riding my bike to post here saying i have done 1000k in 3 days,, wont make any scene.. and for the last time hope you understand that addiction ,, dude have 2stroke gang with me ,, i own an rxz 97 -4 speed. 5speed rx135 -2001. so its more about the care i take and less about the immature behaviour

on the other hand stop making fun out of your own posts.. do u think rebuild an old bullet is as easy as you have done 1000 k in 5 days ?

cheers for making me laugh at the funnies post i have ever read on any automotive forums.. btw ,, if you blast off the crank and the bore on your rx ,, you can source brand new parts for 15k at max .. for an rd bores , pistons and crank will cost atleast 80k..

BTW guys, started playing around with Jetting,, from stock 140 got 185, today jumped to 230.. let me see at what number I will see the beauty
