You are correct. I don't own RD350 and have no rights to comment. Should have said one of the best. Just shared what I heard beyond forum.Originally posted by karthikdattag View PostHow can you be so sure that Motul 800 is the only 2T oil which is best available?RX100 1996 | Karizma 2004 | Karizma-R 2011 | RXZ 1999 | RX 135 1998 | RX 100 1993 | CBF150 2005 - 2011

Exactly my point. We use AGIP Fully Synthetic 2T oil for most of our builds, including local drag events. Only for National level events we use Castrol 747 FS 2T oil & Yamalube FS 2T oil (Yup i am sure not many have heard that this baby existed).Originally posted by SriramEfunds View PostShould have said one of the best.
And an info for everyone, AGIP FS 2T oil is cheaper than Motul 800 FS oil. So definately AGIP is more of a VFM product. Hope it helps.

Re: Two stroke oil
I think 2T oils are fine for Rx, RD's and scooters but if you are talking about YEZDI's and JAWA's, you need something more thicker. The factory recommends SAE 50 grade to mix with petrol but this is getting harder to find now in Bangalore. In this case best is to use any SAE 40 grade oil which is easily available.

Don't go through that link as I had posted this thread here :
Guys , can anybody tell me that is this a genuine Castrol 2T or not, because I am purchasing this 2T from a fixed shop for about 2 years as this shop always has a recent date product. Earlier the Castrol 2T which I buy from a different shop was used to be very old but properly sealed(the rate and Mfg. date area was always found to be scrapped).
And from the day 1st the bike is running on only Castrol 2T because in Haldwani(Uttarakhand) there are no other better options than Castrol 2T.
