good going pradeep. Put a slightly bigger carb on that thing, and get a lightweight rider..Ur bound to get atleast a 4-5kph difference. Motorhead on guru's CRF clocked 124kph and In the next run I tried my hand and got 130kph..The day we find a lightweight rider for that thing, it'll be awesome

The bike is already equipped with the vm28 (rd carb).

Cops are thrashing bikes with pipes these days. A chamber can attract fines upto 2k.

What man, all these works and still doing 113kmph. Either make the engine more powerful or make someone light to ride.
trust me, even with a light rider its not gonna go any faster than 120kph.

Forget about 2k fine, i myself witnessed two chambers being cut with hacksaw, cops are having hacksaw in the side boxes, this is the only reason i am backing off and still in two minds.

Joel atul has given a street port for my barell, not a fully blown set up i understand your point of view.

Get me a flatty guru please ..

We have street port 5-speed barrel set-ups with stock carbs/4-speed doing 120+kmph easily. With a stock RX100 pipe.
The same bike with a chamber clocked 128kmph. I'm talking about a very mild port.

get you a flattie or a fattie? LOL

Pradeep your jetting needs to be done before more runs.

Flatslide will give more performance through the rev range but not really much of an edge in the top speed department.

The carb you are running now is the best you can run on it for now. Its got venturi mods, different emulsion tube, needles and other tricks too. So enjoy it.

this is a 4 speed barrel to begin with, so are the gears

not to run down anyone else, but i'd really like to know the power characteristics of the 120kph stock pipe bike below the curve, i.e below the band. Pradeep is running a slightly raised exhaust port than the 4 speed setup.

With a 4-speed box, its decent then. What CDI now?

You need to port 5 speeds for 120 kph?

My stock 5 speed with UNI 145 mains, stock carb, RDD CDI, does 120 kph, bone stock ports. Does it on stock head. With high comp head added advantage is more grunt throughout the rev range for the kind of riding I do.
