thanks man , I am not designing an exhaust myself, I have no clue how to do it..
I am getting it done in chennai which is where I am from but am residing in hydrabad now...

the fibre mudguards avail here are for full size dirt bikes which have 12" inches of travel and 21" wheels.. hence it looks awkward on a smaller wheel with less travel... I have done up a friend's karzma like an adventure off-roader sorts on which we had to saw the fibre mudguard off by around 4 inches in the middle.. will post the Zma's pics soon .

got a helmet yesterday and a few stickers done, also the mudflaps and frnt mudguard extensions are fixed to uglify the bike.... damn monsoons !! the lid was a vega which I cant believe, it is ultra light with a fibre glass shell, a matt green finish and a design straight out of transformers' which I doubt if vega is capable of producing, I think its an import, branded as vega!!
lookin for another corny line ??

yeah, bro, or at least dreaming about it! i own a '94 model rx 100, my first bike that i have decided to keep till my end. and when it comes to bikes, i like only dirt or naked bikes. but my ' bike building' is like this looooong drawn affair wherein i wait for months before deciding which part to be changed and all that! and that i know close to nothing about the mechanics is also contributing to delay achieving the dream!

so, for now, i have put a motocross handlebar, took off the indicators and speedo console, moved the ignition switch to under the petrol tank to get that renegade/understated/no-frills look in the front. changed the headlamp to a tvs 50's small doom. (i wanted the smallest, but that was all i could find out).

my plans now is to change the tank or fabricate one, change the shocks at the back, the seat, and tyres if i can get some really good motocross stuff. would like to keep the engine in the stock condition, but that is not a firm decision or anything; if somebody comes up with an exciting modification i can do on the engine, i just might go for it!! but as i said, other than the dream that i have been carrying from childhood, i have no idea about modifying. so i wait..

The bull looks wonderful....... And i really mean it.
If i were in your place i would never have sacrificed it...
                          But your bike your way...
                          Maybe someday i will own a 500CI

PERSEVERE... failure is not an option!

sweet work on the yamaha. This one deserves to be a 165cc 5 Speed with oodles of torque Take it in the dirt sometime..and do adjust your suspension springs, height as per your tastes..I rode one such scrambler and it handled like crap..forks too stiff and a badly placed monoshock. Make sure you set it all up well. It looks promising

                              like a 64mm(an rd one)?

Wouldn't an RXK set up work fine, just a thought.
