    RXK barrel is direct fit to 135 or any modification required.. how is it when compared to 135 5 speed barrel regarding performance

      RXK barrel would be a good option. But remember it makes 18bhp with the chamber and a 26mm exhaust port If you're gonna use it on stocK rx pipe no miracles really

          Yes, you can fit a DT175 piston (66mm) along with a DT 175 con rod. The piston has a shorter deck height hence the con rod which is about 8 mm longer. It rod is also a bit beefier and stronger than the 135 con rod. Have done quite a few of these in the past.

                Thanks man, the head light's frm the tvs XL...

                Some updates,.. the exhaust is done and so are the ports, the rxk close ratio 5-speed box has been installed.. am retaining the 4-spd barrel though but got a nice 2nd over-size ART piston.. for now only jetting the carbs.. plannin to get a flatslide imported later on.. might get fibre reeds depending on availability.. will post pics soon

                    your old school scrambler looks really cool.. I have seen bikes modded into scramblers but they lacked character, which your bike has in oodles.. an expansion chamber will only add more.nice paint job too.BTW the helmet is a original Vega helmet.. check out Vega.. many don't know that vega also has export models..

                        Finally the exhaust is here. A few additions, firstly the rear tyre needed to be changed as the ceat 120/80 is too heavy so swapped it with IRC's 4.10/18 trials gp. got a quick throttle also fitted... a 5-speed rxk gearbox, mild transfer portjob and a new art piston....

                          The bike looks great. Where did you get the chamber done?
                          Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebars to the saddle!
