Change everything to new man rite from the carb to the bore and piston kit thats all i would say, there is used 4 speed standard bore 300kms run is available for sale, get this, this would solve your problem once for all.

The guy who is selling this is another maniac like you, he is converting to a 5 speed now, very virgin bore, catch hold of atul and solve your carb related problems. rather than trusting the road side mechs trust atul man he is way wayyyyy better than these mechs.

Atul if you reading this please do him the needfull, forget the past please..
Got it anna , now I know what to do . It will take me time , i dont know how much to buy those things. So for the moment just running this setup .

Hehe I know atul is much better than any road side mechanic . I never had a doubt . Tht of messaging him but thought would get irritated so chose not to . But thanks for talking from my side .

Send your bike here by train, give me a month's time&I will send it back to you as good as a showroom bike. Don't forget to pay me the entire amount with some advance money though.
Hehe thanks for the proposal dada , I have already restored it cosmetically , only engine is left . That will also be done someday .
I really like hyderabadi people , mostly all of whom i ve met are really friendly . Anyways I dont ever in my life trust the indian government .

          • Query on RX-K Cylinder Kits

            Hello,

I have been wanting to ask this question for a long time now.
            1. Are the RX-K Cylinder kits a direct fit to Indian RX-135?
            2. The black color Cylinder kits which are locally available are original RX-K cylinders or some other duplicate stuff?
            3. Has anybody fitted one of these & tested the performance?
            4. Any specification of these cylinders available? (i.e BHP figures etc)

Hoping to get some positive reply.

            With Regards,
            - Karthik..

            • Just a question.. i know this may b asked n number of times.
can i replace the complete engin of rx 100 or rx 135 4 speed with rxz 135 with the 5 speeed gear box.. i dnt know if this may sound stupid......

M not technically sound with pistons and reeds etc of two strokes..

              • Yes, sure you can. with the rx100 its a bit tedious but 4speed to 5 speed is easy.

                    1. yes. completely.

                    2. I wouldnt want to suggest a particular mech for the RD . I say dont trust anyone. [for the RD atleast] . Best thing is to gain some basics about the bike and let the mech work on it in front of you. There is Tony at malad . Learn some basic servicing like claning carbs, tuning them, airfilter cleaning, points adjust etc. so that you dont have to go to the mech for small things.
