?? all the feedback is in the rebuild thread Atul! n that too only positive ones! what more do you expect? you were supposed to come to see the bike n sort things out in march after your exams. i have to have something good to write an update! never have i said anything wrong about you in public n u know that. Anyways, i had to switch back to stock bore before i could get more frustrated with it n it runs much better, smoother n has better power now. more about it when we meet.

I think we are all reading too much into the 4 week gap. We were in touch and he was making the end can which he lost. There might be a hundred reasons why it got delayed.
The only reason i posted here is bcoz i wasnt able to get thru him on phone.

And about the porting i am happy with it. There is a slight piston slap tht it developed in the first few days but Atul told him he left the clearences a little high.

                        got the pipe.
As discussed with you will get the set up to fit the UNI on the 30mm carb you sent.

                          Time for an update

Tried using the 30 mm carb but somehow wasnt able to set it up right.
so after trying for 2 days finally gave up and used a TM28 flatslide i had and got the bike out.
This carb doesnt have a air screw so the idling sometimes goes eratic [ very rarely] but once the bike is in power band its bye bye other bikes ;-)

@ Atul - Anywhere i can get a aluminium end can. Thsi can is silent but its huge.
Also can i make the pipe a little wider where it meets the end can and also add a small stingers to make the pipe a little longer?
will this effect the performance of the pipe?

dont change the pipe dimensions jaggu. it wont perform the same. you can change the endcan though, without changing the stinger dia. IMHO just keep it as it is. ALI endcans will look bling but will sound loud and you'll get fed up of the sound

Also plz post up exact power characteristics of the bike. You owe me a full feedback now that you have the pipe and the bore setup Im waiting for the writeup and pics too
