    checked only on meter it does a little more than 130kmph but reaches there fast. not sure about the exact top speed. never tested it with a sigma or speed gun.

        Took the bike out yesterday after a long time. the carb is leaking, rear shocks need replacement [ these pulsar shocks arent even 1000k kms old talk abt quality]
        the silencer is leaking from the head :-(

        @ Atul - what happened man? absolutely zero support after i got the rebuild. you dont pick up ph calls, dont answer to emails or chat.

        Whats up with you? You said you will answer any Qs anytime after the rebuild. what happened to all that?

              change the silencer pipe gasket...its a simple process....and it will leak if you add more oil, though the gasket is in good condition....if these dont work out you have to change the pipe which wont come seperately as OEM product!! so you have to buy a new silencer assembly!!
              Rx is a Phoenix!!! It always rise from ashes!!

                Leakage can be only due to 3 issues primarily:
                1. Gasket has given away.
                2. Wrong porting on Exhaust Port.
                3. Wrong bend-pipe design for Expansion Chambers.
                I use 2-T oil pump & apart from that use around 3% oil mix directly with petrol from Shell bunk for long rides. So this is excess oil & it never leaks in my bike. It shoudn't.

                Bend-pipes for chrome silencer are sold as seperate items. Silencer is seperate. How many bend pipes do you need?

                And FYI, the owner of this thread is using an Expansion chamber & hence the only option is to check no.1, if there is something wrong with 2 & 3, he only needs a replacement. Nothing can be done, even if something (Jugad) is done it will be temporary.

                  Unless you are jetted properly for all that 2t oil leakage would be the last thing on your worry list hahahahaha

                          1. between the cylinder exhaust & the bend pipe (where you put a nut ring)? OR
                          2. between the bend pipe & exhaust assy (where you put a nut muffler joint)?

                            sorry bro!! that bend pipe is available as a seperate unit!! i checked it with a YSS dealer!! costs around Rs.480!!

                              Jagadeesh, since you have changed the gasket 3 times, now it is advicable to change to some stock Exhaust (dont try any expansion chambers), try the chrome type original RX135 silencer or the catalytic type and check for any leakages.

                              If the problem is with chamber bend-pipe design, there are 50-50 chances of setting it right, but if the problem is with porting, then forget the leakage & keep ripping until you have a spare cylinder kit with you.

                              Do it step by step & i am sure you will find the culprit.
