      but i have seen proton on RXz and 100 both were different..some diff in bulge

        even same chambers can work on different bikes, but results will be different, for protons i dont consider them too aggressive but more like show off....

          read wat sunmysore said . leaking exhausts are a big no no in my book . the leak can be only because of two reasons :

          exhaust gasket blown .

          exhaust header not properly aligned to the exhaust port causing it to leak .

          u problem is the latter . u need to adjust ur exhaust mounting positions to correct this . most mechs will not be willing to do this as it can be labourous and dirty and they will make 10 or 20 bucks off it ... so most will tell u its ok , chambers leak a lil etc . persist till u succeed .
