TIDE WATER OIL CO. (I) LTD. Both have manufacturing dates of 22 Feb 2016 mentioned on the back.

I remember it used to be made by other manufacturer in the past, I don't know which one, please mention it in your reply. I have attached the image for your reference.

I don't know about other locations in India, but here in chennai, i checked with most spares shop including yamaha authorized spares shops YAMALUBE 2-Stroke Oils, ( 2T and Gear Oil ) were not easily available. I even enquired almost every yamaha dealer in chennai...none of them have it....finally, Shamukh Yamaha in Medavakkam sourced me these two YAMALUBE 2T oil packs.

Most sellers dont have YAMALUBE Oils with them. One dumb ignorant arrogant seller said they are not available nowadays. while another one said its available only in YAMAHA showrooms.

There is an option to chat with them in the site. Even some parts are not available in the site, they will get it for you on request.
I think @Mr.Boss can help you on this more.
They had RX135 meter assy a month back when I had a chat with their customer care executive.

VRC Automobiles stock such rare parts (RX135 tiger model lock set, RXG stickers, 5s speedo assy, etc) Couple of years back I got the OE lock set with steel key from them.

Many sellers don't know the difference they showed me the RX100 speedo as RX135 speedo and even argued that both were the same...RX135 speedo doesn't seem to be available with every seller....but RX100 speedo is readily available. And many RX135s restorations were done with the RX100 speedo.

PRICOL is the OEM Supplier for the Yamaha RX Series

RX100 -> Numbers are marked inside the dials and has no gear-speed markings.

RX135 -> Numbers are marked outside the dials and a 4-Speed gear marking. ( 5-Speed RX has a different one )

The pulsar setup runs directly off of ht. I dunno how it works with a 2t however.

Personally i prefer mechanical cause its repairable. In a perfect world where spares are available, electronic trumps mechanical systems.

Btw. Caliber tacho wont work correctly on the max. It will show double the actual reading.

I local mechanic told me that we can get the engine RPM reading through the engine current in Suzuki bikes( Samurai, Shogun, Shaolin ). In Yamaha bikes we need to fit a Worm gear to get the RPM reading. Is that so?. If yes, why is the approach different with Suzuki and Yamaha bikes?. Which of these two approaches is better overall?.
