UPDATED LIST...

For All the Members who are in for this Ride :

Since its a long ride, so there are certain items that we should have/Remember before we start it on Friday.

1. Proper Riding Gears.

2. Properly maintained Bike/ Bike Documents.( If there are any niggles here and there,better to check it out since there are 2 more days to go)

3. Water Bottles and Energy Drinks(Gatorade). ( if you can add glucose/Electoral powder in water, it will be better)

4. Some medicines ( Painkillers,stomach upset tablets,antibiotics,Bandage,savlon. etc )

5. Some Light Snacks ( Chocolates,Lays, etc )

6. Tyre Puncture Kits( for Tubeless Tyres) and extra tubes for Tube Tyres)

7. Clothes. ( As per Requirement )

8. Enough Money so that there is no chakkar of going/finding ATM again and Again.(~ 1400(mandatory as per Praful) + Petrol(own expense) + Miscellaneous)

9. Spare Key. ( A must )

10. Spare visor if possible

11. Spare Fuse's [Very Imp if you have a FI bike]

12. If you are wearing shoes with laces, tuck the laces inside the boots. Shoelaces can get entangled into the gear lever or brake lever
leading to a disaster.

13. Chewing gums.

14. A can of chain lube (for bikes with open chains), coolant for the engine if needed.

15. LED torch.

16. Foot Pump ( Manual Or Electric )

Very Important : Avoid alcohol the night before the ride.

Please add any other items which you think is necessary/mandatory.

Hi guys

from chennai any body have air bump (manual or electric) ? it will be help full!

and also keep tube mouth converter(from bike to cycle) also help full .

Aargee, your link does indicate route via Suryanelli (zoom). Guess, it avoids Pooppara which looks like a big 'U' NH49 before making it to Devikulam. If Suryanelli found to be safe/good, would take that.

from Pune is riding solo. Depending on his time of arrival in b'lore, he may hook up with you guys, or continue on and stay at Salem. Where is the first team from b'lore staying enroute Munnar?
