Yes, for Bangalore the meeting is the same as the Pre-Ride!Originally posted by lakhanironak View PostSad to hear that John aint joining us. About the meeting point, is it the same as the meeting point that was there for Preride (SilkBoard Junction).
Oh ok, so like me you are trying to improve power to weight ratioOriginally posted by chetanpulsar View PostAbe... ab tu bhi... oye control. Between, am not pumping iron ... am just trying to shed off some weight, so that the bike's acceleration and top speed go up

John did not have a remote last time, thats why he was the BakraOriginally posted by RanjithMN View Post
i guess,some one else who has a remote! :P
Done! RepliedOriginally posted by te05 View PostPraful, you have a PM, please respond.
Ok, sheet is updated!Originally posted by SriramEfunds View Post@Praful/Lijo/Swaroop/Kumar/Sunny
Gabriel_John, Chennai is out of this Munnar ride.
There's always a start. You can still join in if you wantOriginally posted by rdna View PostLast time I wanted to come, but I wasn't really into long distance trips and bike was in run-in. This time, I missed this thread.
Used to browse almost every other section, but not the tourer
But, I guess I can't ride 500+kms in one stretch as well. Enjoy guys, get loads of pics!!
I wish there is atleast a slight drizzle!! I want rain...Originally posted by frmneo999 View PostBut it would be a wise decision to keep your rain jacket along. You can always expect a drizzle after the next hairpin.
I know know now, strider and the ninja gang are gonna be looking at me like this...

The NH45 to Trichy and then Theni-Bodi-Munnar is the shortest route for you guys and possibly the fastest too.Originally posted by SriramEfunds View Post@Praful:
Should we take Dindigul- Theni NH45 and following NH 49 from Theni to all the way to Munnar? Is this good?
Its in a Ok-Ok state, not too smooth. But its beautiful as it passes through the Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary.Originally posted by gokulvarmank View PostHow is the Udumalpettai - Marayoor - Munnar road? I am planning a photography ride in a month and am planning to drive a stretch through that road._________________________

Your itinerary looks very easy dude.Originally posted by Praful View PostMade up your mind? Are you riding on Thursday or Friday?
But yet i dont want to risk fatigue and delay the other riders in the group. Last thing i want is shifting my concentration from the road to my aching muscles.
Will head out on Thursday evening and rendezvous with the chennai gang at Salem. Will ride with them the next morning to Munnar.ATGATT - Because hospital ceilings are boring !!!

I respect your decision, one should be aware of their limitations and plan accordingly. Not many accept their limitations and try go out there and prove something. That's just an open invitation for you know what...
Will see you in Munnar on Friday evening

Nothing to Confuse. Only n_Aditya and maybe Alok are leaving on Thursday evening.
Our plans are still the same to ride out at 4.30AM!
@BANGALORE JUNTA: Please be at the meeting point at 4AM. And please get a good night's sleep before the ride, its a 12-14 Hour ride in hard hitting heat. Please keep in mind your body needs to be rested as much as possible to endure the beating you are going to give it.
For all those missing out on the ride... Here's something to drool over ... *evil laugh*

Bang your head, while standing opposite/close to a wall, speed @2-3kmph? Hurts?
Increase your speed & watch the fun, when someone falls from a Motorcycle, unfortunately he can't choose which way to fall best & hurt himself less.
