Yes!! The IOC Nandini Restaurant would occupy more that 40 Bikers.Originally posted by prajwalkashyap View PostWhat about breakfast? U can be sure that after riding for so long, all would be pretty hungry for something to eat. What about breakfast at Chittoor before riding up to HH? I believe there is an IOC Nandini at Chittoor Bypass which can also add up to a nice meeting place.
Are there places for breakfast at HH that serve 40 hungry bikers?

Had been there last week en route to Chennai.
So decide yourselves.. IOC Nandhini / A1 Reliance Plaza..

I guess Nandhini would do for me. I hope it doesn't involve going ahead by as much.Originally posted by ananth View PostYes!! The IOC Nandini Restaurant would occupy more that 40 Bikers.

Great! We're close to zero-in on a meeting point - IOC Nandini or A1 Plaza.
One (lame) question: The A1 Reliance Plazas, are they still functioning? All men dream, but not equally. Those that dream at night in the dusty recesses of their minds, wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act upon their dreams with open eyes, to make it possible. - T. If I am not mistaken, during the Yercaud Trip, the A1 Plaza near Krishnagiri had stopped dishing out food as well. It was just a ghost establishment That's y some of the guys went ahead and stopped at Adyar Anand Bhavan.Originally posted by prafultripathy View PostThe A1 plazas have stopped dishing out fuel, but not food!
I think IOC Nandini is a safer bet coz I believe its just on the Chittoor bypass road.
Any more suggestions?

PS: A brand new development, my participation in this trip might be waning.Last edited by prajwalkashyap; 11-24-2008, 04:16 PM.

Are we changing the routes to go via chittoor?
And can someone please tell me where the rendezvous point is for Chennai members?-------------------
Swiggy Mayhem!
We're trying to start an initiative where we're gathering enough photos or videos
of erratic Swiggy/Zomato/UberEats riders across all cities so we can cast a spotlight
on this issue and try and sort it out. If you video-record as you ride, or have a
dash-cam in your car, or can take SAFELY photographs of instances where these riders
are creating a nuisance by riding recklessly on the roads, PLEASE share the same with
us on the thread above. Appreciate it!

IMO palmaner is a better meeting point and as it has already been agreed upon, we shouldn't make last minute changes that confuse ppl. Let the plan remain as-is. If required changes can be incorporated in the return journey.

The idea to go thru Chittoor - via NH18 and NH205 - is just a suggestion.Originally posted by Insidious View PostAre we changing the routes to go via chittoor?

If people are not interested, we can ride thru NH4 and NH219 (via Palmaner).
A few from the B'lore team felt that they rode less and Chennai folks rode more.Originally posted by archibaby View PostIMO palmaner is a better meeting point and as it has already been agreed upon, we shouldn't make last minute changes that confuse ppl. Just to make it up, we brought in a suggesion if we could meet up at Chittoor and ride together.
In that way, you guys too have your share of ride.
Palmaner is indeed a good meeting point for both the groups. By the time we meet (around 9am or so), we need to settle down to fill our tummies (read breakfast).
Given the time and no of bikers, I'm sure it would be quite tough to find a good restaurant. This is the reason why we are focussing on ICO Nandini and A1 Plaza. If there are good hotels in Palmaner, great!
It's always good to discuss, debate, and do some homework before setting out on a journey. There is nothing to get confused.

Originally posted by kirosh_03 View Post@ Chennai lads: The meeting point will be the usual Chennai Trade Centre (CTC), Nandambakkam. I assume everyone knows how to reach CTC.
Praveen should be alerting us with the plan through the course of the week._________________________________________________
